- From $360.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 6,352 reviewsThis has to be almost the best hotel ever. The staff was super, super helpful and good. The location is perfect, very nice spot to walk everywhere and catch a taxi as well. The top restaurant will serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner so you are able to enjoy the spectacular Acropolis view with tiny birds visiting at all times. The hotel is wonderfully, perfectly air conditioned both in the lobby and at the rooms. The rooms are clean, quiet, large. So many places to store your stuff. Cartons of water were generously provided. There is also a turnover service around 17:00. The shower has both rain shower option and handheld option which is great. I really liked the amenities as well. As a Turkish person, I never expect a breakfast as good as our standards but this is the first time an European hotel managed to catch my expectation level, amazing breakfast 10/10 (Divan açık büfe ayarında!). The spa should DEFINITELY be booked and experienced as well, super good service. It was also my birthday and they gifted me a birthday cake and a glass of pink prosecco :) Which really made the trip so special for me.Guest review byTugceTurkey
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 768 reviewsThe owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful people who made our stay very special. They are knowledgeable about everything on the island (and surrounding islands) and helped us with everything from booking restaurants to renting boats and motorcycles. Added to that, the location was terrific: great view, quiet, and just a short walk from town. The breakfasts are delicious, and a great value. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet and breezy.Guest review byValkyrieDenmark

I was in Athens 40 years ago and little has changed.
I was in Athens 40 years ago and little has changed. I have travelled most of Greece and everything then and now seems to be a new experience for any information persons ie how do I get to Olympia? If you can put up with the total lack of help, lack of simple information from information persons, taxi drivers who at every turn feel it is necessary to rip people off then come to Greece. Use Uber! Did the tour from Athens to Meteora which was a long day but great. Greece works on Greek time which can be 30 mins to 1 hour difference with departures! No sidewalks to speak off so be careful when walking or moving with a suitcase. Food cheaper than other European countries. Trying to get around Athens is probably easy unless all public transport on strike!Guest review byJenniferAustralia - 10.0

My online info about Tinas Village was exactly what the place was all about. The pick up and return to the airport was great and accurate. The rooms were exactly as expected, everything was clean. The breakfast was fine, not super fancy but better than was we were expected. Not much to do there, sleep, relax and go to where you are planning to go. Everyone working at Tinas was nice to deal with, great experience.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
The property was spotless.
The property was spotless. The ower was suportive and offered the transfer to the international airport because there was taxi industrial action at the time. The appartment was very close to the sandy beach. And you may find a very nice bakery round the corner and many shops. To sum it up I intend to return to this property again while traveling .Guest review byJackson - 8.0
This is a beautiful island. The sea is warm and inviting.
This is a beautiful island. The sea is warm and inviting. The beaches, although there is some sand, are very stony, and beach shoes are recommended. We went on a boat trip to navigate the island, taking a route that circled the entire island. It was a small boat and we were driving it ourselves. The day was slightly windy, and the sea we didn't realise was quite rough once you moved away from the beach. We only lasted one hour of the four-hour trip booked. It would have been better to have been warned that the sea would be rough, as we would have chosen another day for our trip. There are many boats, including sailing, charter, and private vessels, visiting Poros, making the port very busy. The boats were fascinating to watch. There are numerous excellent tavernas, and they are not expensive. They serve a variety of local dishes, including fresh seafood and traditional Greek cuisine. The boat transfer from Athens takes only one hour, and the ferry operator is very prompt. I recommend a visit to Poros.Guest review bySandraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

My father was born here so my 1st cousins live here. I brought my husband and sons here to introduce them. I loved my stay here meeting up with them again and revisiting all the places I’d been to before and seeing how much things had changed. It’s a beautiful little town with the beach being so close too.Guest review byKathyUnited States - 10.0

We stayed in the very comfortable harbor area of Aegina Town. Just a 40-minute ferry from Athens' Pireaus port. Ancient sites to visit. Lots of harbor restaurants for beverages and dining. A relaxing way to settle in from international travel before our extended tour of Athens and the Peloponnese tour. Would have been a great wind-down stay afterward too.Guest review byPaulUnited States - 10.0

a lovely quiet little villiabge, hugging the coastline with spectacular sunsets and beaches. Plenty of options for food and refreshments, and some shops for holiday essentials. Easy drive to the end of the island (Only really one road) to beautiful beaches with beach bars and loungers and easy parking. Skala has a jetty catering for the various ferries plus visiting yachts. the beach is great for swimming - soft white sand, with no rocks or weeds, shelving very slowly.Guest review byjasonUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The beach is the longest sandy beach on Aegina which is predominately lovely sand there are some mixed stones and sand at the far but nothing to bad. The water is shallow and mainly calm wit a big sand bar a few meters out I would say very safe for children The sunbed range in quality and price ranging from 20 euros a set with parasol to 12 euros which obviously also is based on location and convenience to the beach bars and taverna's. Some beds are free if you spend money in the taverna's We loved the beach and clear warm warms that September bringsGuest review byMichael MawsonUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Rafina îs a nice place to stay if you eat to be close to the airport . We spent 2 nites and hired a car . This means you can drive to Rafina ( an EASY 25 min drive ) and the next day we drove back to the airport to take the tram into Monastraki Athens to go to Plaka etc and back to the airport ( 9Euro each way ) .This way no parking issues in Athens . The Port Rafina is cute with dozens of great restuarants in the portGuest review byGaleNew Zealand
