The entire complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was sparkling. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was an issue. They allowed us a late check out and arranged a super tour for us. They had awesome follow up to any queries we had. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Everything is very close to the beach — restaurants, a 24-hour bakery, and the bus station. The apartments are brand new. Mr. George is very kind and did his best to make us feel comfortable. He even let us extend our stay by one day at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Many thanks to General Manager Petrit, his daughter Julia, Mike, the girls in the reception, the cleaningstaff and all other staff at this wonderful place who made our stay a beautiful memory that will live in our hearts and minds forever. 11/10 xoxo Mr & Mrs Borg

Everything was perfect! Good breakfast, rooms are nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (bar staff and hotel staff also). If you need anything you just need to see the receptionist. The lady at the reception booked as a catamaran holiday and helped us with the car rental also. Highly recommend! Ps.: If you love cats you will like the resort even more. We had a whole family on our terrace. (4 kitties and their mom)

I stayed in this hotel 5 nights with my best friend and we loved everything about the place! The hotel was very peaceful and beautiful and we loved our private jacuzzi. The location was very nice, near the beach, where there are lots of great restaurants. The breakfast was so delicious and it was nice to have it in our own privacy at the room. We also loved the drinks at the pool bar and especially frappe! The staff is so amazing, they are exceptionally hospitable. Special thanks to lovely Andreas who took such a good care of us and was beyond kind and helpful! We enjoyed every moment and already miss this place and the people there! Efkharisto!!

    Our stay at Miramare was great, we had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. The resort is very well designed, beautiful mediteranean style, quality, timeless, having authentic and tasteful materials, with great pool, bar and restaurant and beautiful palm trees and mediteranean plants. Everything was calm, peaceful and relaxing. The room was very nice, clean, spatious enough, daily cleaned. The bed and pillows were confortable, the air conditioner was working well, good air, the view was really nice and relaxing. We had 2 meals: breakfast and dinner, both were very good, various and tasteful, couldn't want more; especially the dinner food was excellent, so many delicious and fine prepared dishes, some of them were greek dishes which we liked so much! The resort has a beautiful private beach which is in front of the resort, with nice sunbeds and umbrellas. It was my favourite, it is the nicest and relaxing beach, airy, not crowded, with beautiful fine black sand. The staff was pleasant, proficient, friendly and helpful. We received a bonus on our stay, exceeding our expectations. We had a beautiful good memory holiday!

    Perfect Location, it is just a 5 min walk to Perissa Beach, which is ideal for sunrise, being on the eastern side of Santorini.. Nearest bus stop Bob's Bar is just a 5 min walk. The best restaurants, supermarkets and bakery shops are in close proximity to this property. There are a lot of car/bike rentals nearby, provided you have an international driving license. It is the best place to stay in Santorini. The Host was very polite, humble and accommodating. Each of the rooms here has a nice balcony, clean toilets, air conditioner, and a sufficiently good kitchenette. The property has plenty of parking space too.

    An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

    There are many things we loved during our stay, but above all, we loved the service and the attention to detail. We felt right at home. This isn't just any hotel. It's a place where you can totally relax and be yourself, and the location is incredible. The staff is super attentive. They really spoil you. And the value for money is great! We booked the room with the plunge pool, and it was awesome. We're definitely going back!

    Maria is a great host, she waited long hours for us sitting in front of the entrance, because we arrived late. She was very kind and responsive to all our needs. The room was cleaned every day, The room has a comfortable size and layout. It had AC, a refrigerator, hair drier and TV, everything working fine. I had a nice sea view with fields and horses that I loved.

    Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

    Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

    A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

    Perissa is a great place to stay for holiday and workcation. There are multiple location to eat food and to stay and to be honest, the prices are probably the best on Santorini! I enjoyed my time here and would return anytime.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
