We loved the hospitality and great service! Flora and Spyro gave their all to serve us great food and to entertain us!! The receptionist and her colleagues were extremely pleasant and very helpful always receiving our questions with a smile and positive advice!! Thank you! After reading the many positive reviews my partner and i decided to spend our holiday at Casa Cook. I can say that these reviews are more than true, our expectations have been greatly exceeded. Everything is perfectly arranged down to the last detail. Hospitality of the staff is great! From the staff at reception, servers at breakfast/dinner to the cleaning ladies, everyone is super hospitable. Genuinely one of the most hospitable places i have ever stayed! A lot of reviews say that the food is good and i can confirm this with a resounding yes. The food and drinks here are of a different level. We had booked an half board. Breakfast has a big variety of products and dinner was fantastic every evening. As a result, we did not eat out of the resort a single evening... Rooms are clean and well maintained. (towels and linen get's refreshed every day) Each room has its own access to the (shared) swimming pool. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded to a suite with a private pool, but the entire resort is a fantastic place to stay. I can write much more, but everything is perfect here from A to Z. I can recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

This is one of the most beautiful Hotels i stayed :) it has the sea view from almost every point. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is super friendly and is always available for help. The breakfast is amazing, they even have a vegan area. I will definitely come back. Efrachisto poli!! :)

Was there out of season so didn't try the amenities, but the room was stunning and definitely of a 5 star quality - amazing beds. Think they might actually have upgraded me without letting me know. Staff beyond friendly - just a wonderful place and would definitely come again.

Outstanding staff: helpful, very kind, proactive, the Manager has managed to extend our stay from 2 to 6 nights and even made it possible for us to keep the room which we loved but had it booked only for the first 2 nights. Great terrace for slow breakfasts. We'd love to come back one day !

I wish i could grade more then 10. Mikella and nikolas the angels, were super helping and got out of their way to solve us a problem we had. They are truely amazing. Also, the place is super clean and great and we wish they had a room for more days. The place has beautiful inviting garden with great atmosphere and sitting corners. The tavern run by nikolas, has the best food we ate in rhodes by far. Kalavrada is a beautiful village close to the beach and to everything we need with extremely possitive energies. Thank you very much for all you did for us!! You have a place to stay when you come to Israel.

The hotel was perfect! Clean, comfortable and with an amazing service from the owners and staff. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. One of the owners, Katerina is an incredible host and made our stay even better. The location is in the Old Town in a very easy accessible and close to all you need place. Absolutely recommend it!

    Very touristy and being hassled by waiters to eat at their restaurants can be annoying. Make sure that the restaurant takes cards some dont. Beach on the east side extremely busy but Im not a sitting on beach person. Old medieval town highlight.

    Loved walking around in the city center and having lunch here during the day, but we mostly had dinner along the beach. Lots of things to see, many boat trips (3 Island Trip with the Oddysey and Nisyros trip highly recommended). Beach: We loved going to Tarzan and using their sunbeds. Also recommend renting a bike and touring for a day. Number 1 restaurant: The Chasapaki

    Very cozy, hospitable and comfortable city.

    Very cozy, hospitable and comfortable city. I felt like home. Delicious food in all restaurants and affordable prices. Lots of shops and grocery stores and souvenir shops. Everything is within walking distance. And if you need to go somewhere further - excellent and inexpensive public transport.

    Lots of good choices of places to have a drink or a meal. The locals were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our daily visits to St Paul's Bay. The acropolis is stunning and we liked how you could it from the many rooftop restaurants.

    Charming island with beautiful harbor and authentic village on top of it. Beautiful beaches, scattered all around the island. Some of them reachable by bus, taxi or on foot, others are reachable by taxi boat. Love Agios Nikolaos and fish tavern on it with fresh wild fish, love swimming from Agia Marina to small island with the little church there. Of course, Agios Georgios is incredible place. The island is not for mass tourism, of course the boats come during a day, but most of them are not staying overnight. Some wildlife - spotted seal on the beach in Nimborio, and the other person saw turtles on Marathounda beach. Excellent taverna Tholos, close to port, our long time favorite, also liked a lot Zoe and Kali strata in the village. And for a Christian, it is a must to visit both Archangel Michael monasteries - Panormitis (newer) and Roukouniotis (older) with frescoes that date back to 15th century. Also, for an Orthodox a surprise visit to Sergii Sarovski church.

    Fantastic resort with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to suit everyone. The beach was fantastic with clear, clean water and many beachside bars / restaurants to choose from. Love love love this place and will definitely be returning as soon as I can!

    Nice hotel overall, perfect stay for a relaxing holiday! Good location, right next to the beach! Similar hotels in the area are separated from their own private beach by a road, so having the beach right next to the hotel is a greate advantage of this hotel! All-inclusive service was exactly as described: great variety of foods, alcohol free and also alcoholic bevarages are served from 10:00 in the bars (including heavenly frappes!), but on some days champagne was available for breakfast. Snack bar also had a great variety of foods. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind! Hotel is nicely designed, lot of areas to relax without being overly crowded by guests.

    Close enough to Rhodes Old Town to visit regularly if you want. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lively, but not rowdy. As a kitesurfer, it offered me a choice of beaches and kite stations within 25 mins. Also, the sea breeze was pretty reliable most afternoons. My family thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque sunset horse riding that took place just in front of Rainbow Bar. We all enjoyed this special little bar, its food, cocktails, beer and view of the sunset.

    We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. The beach also had a rocky seabed and unclear water, which made swimming less enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.

    Note this review is for Stegna, not the main village on the hill. Its really a lovely spot for a beach style holiday. Places for fishing, chilling, enjoying eating, a lovely walk. Perfect chill spot with a family feel. If you are looking for night life and big hotels, this is not the spot for you. We did not know there was a kayak company on site so we had pre-booked with Trekking Hellas so had to drive North to the start but it was a lovely trip with double kayaks.
