The front desk staff were very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room without us ever asking for anything ( big thanks to Alexandros for being so kind). The restaurant staff were always very professional, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job because this was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The resort in itself was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable and and the beach was lovely. The entire place had a luxurious and exclusive feel, but without the air of coldness and arrogance that often comes with it. Instead, we always felt comfortable, relaxed and cozy. The highlight was the food, we are vegetarian and we had so much to choose from. We give an absolute 10/10 for every meal we had and an 11/10 for the most delicious cakes and deserts. The bars served great cocktails too, and even on the nights we wanted something non-alcoholic, there were so many creative and delicious options to choose from. Our seventh trip to Rhodes Town over thirty years. With each visit, the crowds have been worse. Enormous cruise ships are the root of the problem. The hotels and bars on the beach side of the new town are still as ghastly as ever, and there are more of them. The new town's most interesting features are the Turkish cemetery, the Ottoman bazaar and the fascist architecture from the Italian era (1912-43). Avoid the strip along the beach where it’s quite gritty and scruffy, we got the bus most days to other beaches as we got a bit sick of the busyness of the town. Lindos is a fantastic town full of lovely restaurants, bars and tavernas. You have a choice of 4 beaches within two natural harbours. I like to rent a self catering apartment and just buy my food locally or simply just go to one of the local restaurants. Plenty to offer in the way of shops restaurants etc, good beaches can be reached by water taxi, particularly liked St Marina for its facilities and ease of getting in and out of the sea (12€ return by water taxi) Pedi was also nice, I went by bus 2.5€ each way. Close enough to Rhodes Old Town to visit regularly if you want. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lively, but not rowdy. As a kitesurfer, it offered me a choice of beaches and kite stations within 25 mins. Also, the sea breeze was pretty reliable most afternoons. My family thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque sunset horse riding that took place just in front of Rainbow Bar. Nice hotel overall, perfect stay for a relaxing holiday! Good location, right next to the beach! Similar hotels in the area are separated from their own private beach by a road, so having the beach right next to the hotel is a greate advantage of this hotel! All-inclusive service was exactly as described: great variety of foods, alcohol free and also alcoholic bevarages are served from 10:00 in the bars (including heavenly frappes!), but on some days champagne was available for breakfast. Snack bar also had a great variety of foods. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind! We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault!
