Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari.

Excellent breakfast. Diverse delicacies. Sparkling wine included. :) Very nice staff. Always helpful from towels to additional 2 hours late check-out. Appreciated. Very close to the beach with free comfortable soft sunbeds.

Amazing brand new hotel with great view from the terraces, even sunset and sunrise views directly from the hotel. Beautiful pool, beautifully arranged rooms with attention to details, vintage furniture. The team of the hotel is very kind and attentive to every guest! We had the great pleasure to stay 5 days at the Klostra Hotel It was a very pleasant stay where the host all the time made sure that we had a nice time at the island. The room was just as we wanted it to be with an astonishing view from the balcony. The hotel is built and decorated with good taste and the pool was also beautiful and we could spend time there at night and watch the view from there. And last but not least: the breakfast was amazing and so delicious and healthy. Very nice coffee. Everything served at the table by the host himself.

Property Owner was there to personally welcome us… They have wonderfully kind and helpful staff. Extremely underrated location- two steps from the beach, as well as 20+ restaurants along the beachfront. Kindly upgraded our room with zero additional costs, housekeeping was prompt and swift every morning. Ended up extending our stay here for an additional week, the experience was so good.

Room was beautiful with a view. Pool was unreal, really good and warm refresihing water. Sun was shinging whole day and beautiful sunset in the evening. The staff was so welcoming and helpfull.

We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛
