Owned and run by a family, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. Tina and her family are very friendly and welcoming, they make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Homemade breakfast is very tasty with lots of pastry and desert options as well. The room and other areas are spotless clean. Tina also helped us about places to go not only in Spetses but other islands as well. Great sunset and sunrise views from the balcony.

Beautiful, modern, comfy and spotless room, friendly staff, good location five minutes from the port, best shower/bathroom I've had all trip, very pretty view from the terrace out front and it's only slightly uphill from the port, handy if you're carrying heavy bags in the baking heat.

Great location. 10 minutes walk from the ferries. My studio had a view of hills, covered with olive trees. And from the terrace a gorgeous view of the sea looking at Peloponnese and mountains in the distance. Evelina and her dad are wonderful people. Making sure my stay is comfortable. She gave me a ride to the monastery and St Basil which I really appreciated. The studio was kept very clean (cleaned every other day, )there were snacks, coffee, tea.

The owners are incredibly welcoming and happy to help with everything. It has been an amazing stay. The breakfast was sooo good and the location looks gorgeous. It is one of the best places I have stayed at.
