- From US$190.82 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 2,990 reviewsI recently stayed at Medora Auri, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas by car, allowing me to travel and explore the country with ease. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.Guest review bySamirahUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,394 reviewsThe hotel is conveniently located next to the ferry port. Although the hotel is older, it is very well maintained, clean and charming. There are many areas to sit both inside and outside to enjoy the views. Our room and the bed were both very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the port which was a wonderful place to enjoy an evening drink. We really enjoyed the convenience of the buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Both were plentiful and delicious. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.Guest review byNancyCanada
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.9Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 86 reviewsThis is difficult for me because I switched rooms. The first night I was staying in a seaside room but I couldn't see the sea so when I asked to be switched, the gal at front desk wouldn't believe me and kept insisting that I was in seaside room. Finally, she agreed to switch me to a tiny, tiny room but the VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE so even though the room was much smaller, I didn't care because the view was worth it! The smaller room did not have a tea kettle. The other staff was good, very pleasant.Guest review byLesleyUnited States

I booked a cheaper room but on the arrival I was told they had a sea view room for me as an extra. I was so happy! I also received a voucher for some spa treatments as a gift, unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy it.Guest review byGabrielaSlovakia

Easy transport in the city with bus or Uber.
Easy transport in the city with bus or Uber. Uber is mostly cheap. Lively and cute old city with nice cafes and restaurants. Has few nice beaches close to the center as well, like Kasjuni. Islands are near by to visit.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
This was our second visit to Dubrovnik.
This was our second visit to Dubrovnik. It is a beautiful city and walking the walls is wonderous. There are many dining options. A walking tour is a good way to see the town. It is also a good jumping off point for seeing the islands and Montenegro. Try visiting in Spring or Autumn, as the town is inundated with tourists June-August. The weather is also fiercely hot during that time, so try May, Sept, or Oct for fewer tourists and milder weather.Guest review byAlanUnited States - 10.0

A lovely town with plenty to see , including the Sea Organ, Sun Salutation, Roman Forum, view from the Cathedral Tower, the Old Town Vegetable and Fish Markets and meandering through the old streets.. There's plenty of bars and nice restaurants. Good ferry links to the other islands and 20 minutes Uber from the airport. Tip take sea shoes for the beaches .Guest review byBruceUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A small, charming town filled with tourists, restaurants, and shops. I’d recommend spending a day and a half to truly take in the atmosphere and history. Consider hiring a guide or using a quality audio tour for a brief but informative overview.Guest review byAlexandraUnited States - 10.0

It's a rather small town, but has many options to enjoy yourself. Travelling to Split only takes just over an hour so you could choose to stay there more relaxingly instead of staying in busy Split.Guest review byTomokoJapan - 10.0
Lovely atmosphere and very settled weather.
Lovely atmosphere and very settled weather. A variety of excursions and walks Swimming is nice but if you like sandy beaches then you need to wear waterproof shoes because the beach is stoney. Food is international but you can find Croatian dishes too.Guest review byGeoffUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Sibenik old town was worth the trip.
Sibenik old town was worth the trip. The old medieval buildings and narrow streets which look like polished from centuries walking over it. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants invite you to come in and have a rest.Guest review byKarinAustralia - 6.0
Vodice is a very crowded place.
Vodice is a very crowded place. The beach is long but not very wide, so there were many people, and sometimes you couldn’t even find a spot to put your towel. The city center is also not as beautiful as other Croatian cities, such as Poreč, Pula, Omiš, or Zadar. It doesn’t offer much to explore, but there are some nice places to see nearby, such as the islands of Prvić and Murter. We also liked the beach in Rovinj, which has many more facilities. On the beach in Vodice, there is also a nightclub that gets really loud, so it’s not the best option for a holiday with small children.Guest review byNatáliaSlovakia - 10.0

For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia.
For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia. It's smaller than, for example, Makarska, and lacks noisy clubs and loud nightlife, which I consider strong advantages. You can find everything you need: beautiful beaches, bars, snack stands, and upscale restaurants. Renting a sunbed or umbrella is easy, and exciting water sports equipment, such as water jets, is also available. Highly recommended.Guest review byKrzysztofPoland
