- From US$190.78 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 2,997 reviewsI recently stayed at Medora Auri, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to various attractions and amenities in the area. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were consistently helpful and attentive throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas by car, allowing me to travel and explore the country with ease. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.Guest review bySamirahUnited Kingdom
- From US$548.65 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,640 reviewsThe hotel looks amazing inside and out, and it is in a great location, just a few meters from the beach. It has pools, sauna, jacuzzi, hairdresser, manicure, massage etc.. great kids play room with lots of toys and entertainment. There was a different event every day, such as water aerobics in the outside pool and face paiting for kids. The hotel is very clean and the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. Room was specious with balcony and great view of the Vodice. Food is great, so many options to choose from and everything is delicious!! Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back!!Guest review byJelenaIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 6.9Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 87 reviewsThis is difficult for me because I switched rooms. The first night I was staying in a seaside room but I couldn't see the sea so when I asked to be switched, the gal at front desk wouldn't believe me and kept insisting that I was in seaside room. Finally, she agreed to switch me to a tiny, tiny room but the VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE so even though the room was much smaller, I didn't care because the view was worth it! The smaller room did not have a tea kettle. The other staff was good, very pleasant.Guest review byLesleyUnited States
- From US$198.49 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 926 reviewsPerfect for a trip with kids. All amenities in the hotel with kids in mind. My children loved the stay. Pools, playrooms, game room, kids club, and evening movie & disco were without any extra cost. Water park had to be paid extra ( depends on package - the basic package does not cover it ), but was still a wonderful experience - there were slides safe for even toddlers. Staff are very kind and helpful.Guest review byNikhilGermany
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,390 reviewsDo not be out off by the low(ish) rating of Hotel Odisej. We had quite low expectations but the hotel, staff, setting, facilities were all excellent. Yes, it’s a little tired in places, but for a dream-like location and view, this place is hard to beat. The wellness centre is an added bonus with treatments and a free sauna for guest. Wi-Fi works in communal areas, deal with it.Guest review byChrisNetherlands

We chose a hotel close to the old city that also had a pool and sunbeds - so a mix of city and sun holiday. We walked a lot - about 10 km every day, spent afternoons by the pool, and then evenings in some great restaurants in the place area. It was expensive, but wonderful.Guest review byAndrewUnited Kingdom - 6.0

We visited Dubrovnik briefly—mainly because of its reputation. Even in mid-September, the city was still packed with tourists. For those who enjoy attractions and the lively atmosphere that comes with mass tourism, Dubrovnik is a great destination. However, travelers who prefer natural sights and quieter areas should probably give it a pass. During my stay, I spoke with many locals, and most of them showed clear signs of fatigue from the constant flow of visitors.Guest review byJurijSlovenia - 10.0
Zadar has so much to offer!
Zadar has so much to offer! The airport is just a stone’s throw away, and buses run very frequently, making it super easy to get around. The old town is charming and full of great restaurants where you can enjoy local flavors. Don’t miss the unique Sea Organ and Sun Salutation – they’re truly one-of-a-kind experiences. And of course, the sunsets here are breathtaking! Everything is within walking distance, so exploring is a breeze. The beaches are lovely, though it’s a good idea to bring water shoes for the pebbles – once you’re in, the water is warm and inviting. No worries about big sea creatures either! For a day trip, you can join a tour to the stunning Plitvice Lakes, Kornati Islands, or Krka Waterfalls. Sailing or renting a boat to explore the nearby islands is also an unforgettable experience.Guest review byrenataCroatia - 10.0

A small, charming town filled with tourists, restaurants, and shops. I’d recommend spending a day and a half to truly take in the atmosphere and history. Consider hiring a guide or using a quality audio tour for a brief but informative overview.Guest review byAlexandraUnited States - 10.0

It's a rather small town, but has many options to enjoy yourself. Travelling to Split only takes just over an hour so you could choose to stay there more relaxingly instead of staying in busy Split.Guest review byTomokoJapan - 10.0
Lovely atmosphere and very settled weather.
Lovely atmosphere and very settled weather. A variety of excursions and walks Swimming is nice but if you like sandy beaches then you need to wear waterproof shoes because the beach is stoney. Food is international but you can find Croatian dishes too.Guest review byGeoffUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Šibenik is not just a holiday resort – it has a lot to offer...
Šibenik is not just a holiday resort – it has a lot to offer. It is a city full of spirit. There seemed to be an ongoing music festival, as there was live music every day. The old town is breathtaking: lively, narrow, white-paved streets, ancient houses with bare stone walls, the air filled with the scent of the sea, a busy port, and tourists who are warmly welcomed. There is a city beach, but I recommend leaving Šibenik for swimming – for example, to one of the nearby islands or to smaller beaches outside the inlet. The city is also a great starting point for visiting Krka National Park – we agreed it is the most beautiful place we have ever seen.Guest review byLadislav SedlákCzech Republic - 10.0
Just a lovely experience with enough to do.
Just a lovely experience with enough to do. Lovely walks and scenery and plenty of great bars and restaurants to choose from.Staff also very friendly. Availability for trips were also very good and very much on hand.Guest review byHELENUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Vodice is a very crowded place.
Vodice is a very crowded place. The beach is long but not very wide, so there were many people, and sometimes you couldn’t even find a spot to put your towel. The city center is also not as beautiful as other Croatian cities, such as Poreč, Pula, Omiš, or Zadar. It doesn’t offer much to explore, but there are some nice places to see nearby, such as the islands of Prvić and Murter. We also liked the beach in Rovinj, which has many more facilities. On the beach in Vodice, there is also a nightclub that gets really loud, so it’s not the best option for a holiday with small children.Guest review byNatáliaSlovakia - 10.0
For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia.
For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia. It's smaller than, for example, Makarska, and lacks noisy clubs and loud nightlife, which I consider strong advantages. You can find everything you need: beautiful beaches, bars, snack stands, and upscale restaurants. Renting a sunbed or umbrella is easy, and exciting water sports equipment, such as water jets, is also available. Highly recommended.Guest review byKrzysztofPoland
