It’s absolutely perfect!! The sweetness of a grandmother house with all the modern comfort. It's indescribable wonderful to open the door and step into a beautiful little beach with transparent warm water! And to fall asleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to the song of the cicadas. The host is very friendly and kind, thank you so much for everything! The island is beautiful and peaceful! We had the most wonderful time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay on the beautiful island of Koločep in Croatia! 🌊✨ The location was stunning — peaceful, full of nature, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Antonella was waiting for us at the properties and showed us around, explaining all the features. The properties were beautifully decorated, in an amazing location right at the waterfront. Antonella and Nina were incredibly welcoming hosts. Nina even baked a traditional Croatian cake for us. We felt very spoilt and well cared for. Antonella even organised a water and land taxi to take us to our next destination. Thank you, both, for a wonderful holiday. We will be back!

Modern, clean, compact apartment with a great sea view terrace looking down to the private seaside area. The apartment had everything we needed, including washing machine (detergent provided) and even some cold water waiting for us in the fridge. Just in front of the apartment is a pretty bay with a bar and a little beach and sheltered swimming. Also loved the bed and pillows... so comfy! The owner was out of town so his mother greeted us halfway along the walk from the ferry, which was very kind as the apartment would be tricky to find without help. About 20 minutes walk along a pretty path through the olive groves from the main ferry dock.

I had a lovely little apartment with a balcony overlooking the bay with the most beautiful views . It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Pasko and his wife were lovely and accommodating. The property is close to everything you need. The beach, the bars and the shop.

Fantastic Host could not be more welcoming ( treated on arrival with homemade lemonade and a cold local beer) Good spacious room with nice balcony facing onto the bay Fantastic little terrace perfect to relax and enjoy your home cooked meal looking over the port of kolocep 3 days was not enough 1 week at this property would have been excellent great base for nature/ swimming/ island tour/ day trip to Dubrovnik

The location is peaceful and scenic with sea views and lovely places to sit and enjoy them. The family are friendly and very helpful and always available to answer any questions or give advice. Lots of lovely home cooked treats appeared during our stay. A lovely spot unspoiled and gorgeous swimming very close by.
