The hotel is located in beautiful Matra, surrounded with the forrest. The restaurant’s view is breathtaking and the hotel has all facilities and comfort one needs: the room was spacious, very clean, spa was clean and beautiful, staff was incredibly friendly, food was diverse and delicious. Highly recommended!

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

It was a marvelous stay 'in the middle of nowhere' in the deep forest in the mountains. The food was extremely delicious, the room big and clean, the staff very helpful and speaking fluent English. This is a perfect place for hiking, cycling outside the city life.

Fantastic and quiet place to stay,nice and clean room with everything you need,secure place for motorcycle in the yard,good breakfast. As a biker who travels around couldn't ask for more. Definitely recomended .
