The spa was amazing and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They organized a 3 winery tour and book everything for us, incredible experience.

Without a doubt, the hardware of Hotel Botrytis is great especially the room facility and Jacuzzi. However the part which beyond expectation is the service. From the initial conversation for the suprise proposal to my girlfriend via message to the check-in, introduction of the region, breakfast, transportation arrangement to check-out, the Botrytis team is doing a fabulous job. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the manager Gabor and the friendly staff Dominika. To conclude, it was an unforgettable experience and I would like to recommend to anyone who is planning to pay a visit to Tokaj region that this is the right place to be!

Location is amazing. The stuffs are kind and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and very big. The breakfast was delicious and the selection of food was excellent.
