- From $195 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,141 reviewsThe staff were amazingly helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed when we had to make an impromptu stay in Tipperary due to the sudden snowfall. The hotel was a wonderful place to be stranded - we had a delicious carvery before enjoying the pool and spa. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful breakfast too. Special thanks to the maintenance team who helped us get out of the car park in all the snow and even cut a safe path all the way to my car with a shovel so that my pregnant sister would get there safely - we are very grateful for incredible service that went above and beyond and look forward to staying again!Guest review byPaulUnited Kingdom
- From $192.14 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 463 reviewsThe location of the B&B was perfect. It sits on a lovely hill over looking a small river with a park and walking paths. The property has a small restaurant that has many choices from beef, chicken, vegie and fish. the portion size was very generous. The grounds of the B&B are a site to see from flowers settings, giant trees and quite secrete spots. From there one can drive quickly to many historical sites. You cant go wrong staying here.Guest review byMigration is naturalUnited States

If you intend to explore Tipperary and the coast with a car a bit, this town is a good spot to stay. Less touristy and central to major roads. Very picturesque. One day is enough to see Cashel and one night and day to explore Cashel and Cabot.Guest review byMaryUnited States - 10.0

I met up with a lot of friends and relatives so didn't have much for sightseeing apart from going on a lovely walk by the Suir as far as Carey's Castle. I found a lovely restaurant the Queen Bee in Irishtown where they serve lovely food and staff are very helpful and friendly. Mulcahy's in Gladstone Street serve lovely lunchtime food I bought a lovely jacket at TX Maxx at a reasonable price Clonmel is very easy to get around and there are local busesGuest review byMaryUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Cahir is a charming historic town located in a beautiful part of Ireland. It is a 'must-visit' destination for any tourist, offering many attractions, including, but not limited to, a 13th-century castle that is open to the public. It is an excellent base from which to explore South Tipperary.Guest review byPaddySwitzerland - 8.0

We originally chose Thurles for its proximity to Cashel and availability of lodging within our budget range. Part of Saturday was spent touring the Rock of Cashel & Hore Abbey, a 30-minute bus ride from Thurles, If we would have known there was a Hurling event scheduled on Sunday, we would have stayed an extra night! We had a delicious selection of Thai food at YI THAI on Parnell St. The service was fast and friendly. The prices were very reasonable for the high quality of the food. Our second day we had a late lunch at Ryan's Daughter restaurant which closes at 5:30. The food was very good, however, my homemade dessert, apple pie with ice cream, was divine.Guest review byJackieUnited States - 10.0

Fab hotel for a complete getaway break.
Fab hotel for a complete getaway break. Great spacious bedrooms - we booked the deluxe room, great leisure centre, plenty of parking, food was fab we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel. Despite being very busy at lunch and dinner you did not feel that you where rushed eating your meal. Relaxed atmosphere. It is off the main motorway/roads which for people seeking a quiet break away is ideal. We would highly recommend it.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We had great weather which made it easy to walk around town and the main tourist attractions. 2 days is plenty but not many options for live music. Food options during the week are somewhat limited, but the places that were open for dinner were very good- recommend getting reservations.Guest review byDonaldUnited States
