We stopped to go for a drink here after doing the cliff walk. We were mucky and been rained on so looked a bit ragged but the staff didn't blink when we asked if we could just get a drink. The cocktail I had was delicious, the view was amazing and the staff the perfect level of attentive so I booked us in to stay the next night and only wish we'd had time for a longer stay!

The attention to detail was superb with colourful outdoor lights, heated towel rails, beautiful sky lights. A tranquil spot close to town and supermarkets. Lots to do around the city and outside. A lot of gigs and an active night life. A car is a must if you want to see the natural beauty around the city. The city gaol is a must. Very eye opening in a depressing sort of way but really makes you appreciate being born in this century!

Walk to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin, preferably in a tour led by Pat Sweeney, instead of accessing the view from the Visitor Center parking lot that sort of feels like a bus terminal. You only have nature to look at by doing the walk instead of driving to the site.
