The hotel’s location is excellent. It is beside the Dead Sea and the hotel beach has a lifeguard on duty. The Ein Bokek bus stop which is called Hodmidibar is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can catch the public bus to Masada, Eilat, Jerusalem, Beersheba. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional and friendly. Shahah on reception was very helpful and organised a taxi for us on our last day to take us to Ben Gurion airport as we had a very early start.

We are so happy that we chose that hotel in Dead Sea. The personal is very good, food many different choices: fish, meat, steak, sushi. The lovers of chocolate, ice cream, and other desserts are heaven. Thank you, Anat, for the organization's birthday for my son 🙏🎂

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing service. Especially the night manager Alona. She went above and beyond her duties. She really cared that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. I’ve traveled extensively in Israel and went to 5 star hotels and didn’t get this kind of service. A wonderful bonus is that the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms very clean and the food was phenomenal. The hotel is 18 and older which makes such a difference. It was so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and I will def be going back. Thank you so much.

The staff was very kind in the reception, the dinining room and the SPA. We got an upgraded room with a teriffic view of the dead sea and Jordan (amazing sunrise) by Moran even without requesting. Both the breakfeast and the dinner were amazing with a lot of healthy food. My wife took a deep massage treatment and she was very satisisfied.

The kibbutz hotel is exceptional in its beautiful surrounding and in its very unique kibbutz atmosphere that one can feel. Kibbutz members really care about this place and the combination of simplicity with the investment in the beauty of the gardens makes it very special.

Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is. I don’t think you can really call it a hotel. Tiny rooms, zero view, very run down. Hotel restaurant has some of the worst food we have ever had and is super expaive. The pool is a kibitz pool shared with residents.

Room was fine and it was clean, but, needed a major face-lift..One tiny single blanket was provided for two if us. Ants were crawling in the bed. Tv wasn't working, electricity cut off of at 7.30 in the morning, which forced us to get up due the the extreme heat as aircon did not work There were coffee and tea satches but no cups ans spoons

Beautiful setting, sitting out under the stars for hours with the view of the Dead Sea right there....so quiet! We were grateful for the air conditioning and refrigerator (it was very hot outside--but in the evening cooled way down). Very close to Ein Gedi and just down the road from Qumran and Massada. Loved it! Would go again.

A good, quiet place suitable for a short vacation.

A good, quiet place suitable for a short vacation. Overall a good experience for the value. A few glitches in the spa - mainly in the support service. So, for example, it is written in the guest information that the spa is open from 7:30, but the receptionist at the spa at 8:00 refused to register us for treatment, the phone to the spa was not answered, but the other things made up for it. The reception staff and the dining room staff are attentive and helpful. The significant advantage - beach - is well maintained

I have been many times in Ein Bokek, so I have already visited most of its attractions. This time, my main goal was to rest and to bathe in the warm water of the Dead Sea. For first time visitors, I recommend to go at least to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and to Masada. But there are many other interesting walks in the Dead Sea Area.
