I had a really good and pleasant stay at this hotel during my time in India. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the small upgrades like the smart TV which had YouTube and Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the food from the hotel restaurant was honestly great, flavorful and freshly made. What really stood out to me though was the hospitality. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. I especially remember Ravi and a few others who always made the effort to check on me and ensure I was doing okay. That personal touch really made a difference. Overall, it was a very easy and complete experience, everything I needed was right there. If I ever come back to this area again, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend it.

A bit chaotic at times, but full of energy and culture that makes it unforgettable!     In my recent stay in Hotel Olive Aero Suites, my experience was not pleasant. I was also shocked to see that a false feedback is given on my behalf. I arrived at the hotel Olive Aeroo Suites, New Delhi on 22nd September 2025 at around 18:30 hrs. I was told that my room is upgraded and then they started asking me extra money (almost 2 and half time). When I refused, they said that they can not provide me room at the booking price. I had no option as I was leaving next morning for abroad. I negotiated and ultimately settled for Rs 1900/- against the booking price of Rs 931/-. This is a clear case of cheating and also spoils name of booking.com. I am seriously thinking of going to the Consumer Court after I return to India this weekend and would make booking.com also a party. I would also now stop using booking.com in the future if no action is taken.
