What an amazing stay we had at the Imperial! The staff were so kind and professional. They treated us like Royals! The hotel is simply stunning, the architecture and decoration are a must. I spent a whole hour strolling around the hotel and it was amazing. Everything is just woah! We got upgraded to a suite that was very spacious and so comfortable! The service is perfect, the staff really ensure that you are having the best stay. They are always happy to help you with any query you might have and they really made me feel at home. The gym is also great, the machines are brand new and there are many options. Bonus point for the cold towels available at the end of your workout! The swimming pool is also amazing, it is a little bubble of relaxation in the heart of busy Delhi. Looking forward to my next trip Delhi so that I can come back to the Imperial!

    Staff were welcoming & friendly. They were professional. The breakfast was great & a wide range of items to choose from. Vijay Kumar, the food and bev manager on duty came to my table to if check all was OK which I found very caring. Generally the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and full of smiles, regardless of the department. Right from the security, to the reception to the food and beverage.. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was clean & all the amenities worked well. Perfect to get a good night's rest before a long flight the next day. Hotel is generally a good one.

    Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.

    About 30 mins from the airport, by car. Beautiful, inviting entrance. Check in and check out was smooth, without any issues. The rooms are large, spacious and fully equipped with all amenities you would think of (hair dryer, robes, slippers). Late checkout is an option (subject to availability). Staff was always ready to help and assist.

The car service provided by reception was excellent, you can hire a car and drive for 4 or 8 hours at very affordable price .The food selection and tasty was the best of all hotels we stayed during our stay in India.     Praveen singh& api both are very friendly and helpful... I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ginger. The staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout. The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the facilities were impressive. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!
