The service at this hotel is truly exceptional — far beyond what you typically find in Europe, even with all its refinement. They’ve managed to elevate luxury hospitality to an entirely new level. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like kings, treated like royalty, and cared for like Bollywood stars. The pool area is ideal for both adults and children, and the playful monkey appearances add a charming touch. Keep an eye out for the General Manager and the Head Concierge — both are outstanding and truly elevate the guest experience. While the food was decent (not extraordinary), it’s the personalised service that sets this hotel apart - even a cake with my face on it. Every moment felt thoughtful and curated. The rooms were also exceptional — spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

My stay at Hotel Horizon was truly wonderful. The hospitality and attention to detail made the experience very special. Special appreciation goes to Manager Arvind, who was always attentive, professional, and ensured that everything was perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.     Needed urgent accommodation for my 8-year-old at short notice. Rahul at reception was exceptionally kind and supportive, assisting beyond check-in and even arranging phone chargers which might sound ordinary however was crucial for me at the time. Thanks also to the duty manager his support. The property is amazing with a great pool and vibe. Kudos team for exemplifying “Atithi Devo Bhava”

    Delhi is a lively mix of old and new—historic forts, colourful markets, tasty street food (explore & try with caution), and buzzing city life. A bit chaotic at times, but full of energy and culture that makes it unforgettable! Getting around Delhi was a breeze with a reliable (charted) taxi, which is highly recommended for families with children.

    In my recent stay in Hotel Olive Aero Suites, my experience...

    In my recent stay in Hotel Olive Aero Suites, my experience was not pleasant. I was also shocked to see that a false feedback is given on my behalf. I arrived at the hotel Olive Aeroo Suites, New Delhi on 22nd September 2025 at around 18:30 hrs. I was told that my room is upgraded and then they started asking me extra money (almost 2 and half time). When I refused, they said that they can not provide me room at the booking price. I had no option as I was leaving next morning for abroad. I negotiated and ultimately settled for Rs 1900/- against the booking price of Rs 931/-. This is a clear case of cheating and also spoils name of booking.com. I am seriously thinking of going to the Consumer Court after I return to India this weekend and would make booking.com also a party. I would also now stop using booking.com in the future if no action is taken.
