The food was amazing and even lots of options for my in laws who are vegetarian. The breakfast doesn't have as many options but still pretty good. Firstly I reached at the hotel, they didn't allow me to check in because of non submission of covid negative report. I went Karnal for writing my one of the exams, I reached early in the morning to give some time for revision. But these people wasted my precious time. Owing to this fact I was not able to give time for revision.I waited for more than hour at their reception & requesting endlessly however they didn't want to listen anything. I urge them to allow me I am vaccinated with first dose of covaxin. Then I tried to call customers care of booking.com, I didn't get solution. Then I called customer care of Oyo. There was a lady on call, she was completely piling blame on me & didn't try to listen ro my problem and understand. I got disheartened when I saw the manager of Hotel Rama took booking of one of the walkins guests. He took Rs.1200 from him & asked to submit ID only. He didn't ask covid negative from him & the customer checked in the hotel. I asked him you allowed him without covid report & you are not allowing me without submitting. Then he replied I can also allow you If you pay 1000 rs. I was running out of time for exam and then I had to pay extra 1000 bucks & he took my booking and filled my details. I found this hotel management so hypocrites, when I paid extra 1000 rupees then allowed me without covid report. I have two questions! Firstly- Why there was a partiality wity me. Without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I came for work for two weeks, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home than here. From the spotless rooms to the rich and indulgent dining hall, and the service – wow! The staff is exceptionally professional, always smiling and ready to help with anything, putting the guest first at all times. Every little issue I had was resolved instantly. I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but I’ve never experienced such outstanding hospitality. On my last day, the entire staff even surprised me with a personalized cake – just for me. As long as I come to Delhi (no matter where in Delhi), I will stay only at this hotel. A truly unforgettable experience.
