We had an incredible stay at the Country Hotel. The rooms were great and so was the breakfast. We were really looking forward to eating dinner at their on-site restaurant, but unfortunately it was already closed for the season. Nevertheless, it was only a few minutes into Hofn where there were some great restaurants (our favorite was Pakkhus). The hotel has beautiful views of the mountains and you can see multiple glaciers from the breakfast room!

Situated next to Iceland’s Ring Road, this family-run farm hotel offers brightly decorated rooms with a TV and a private bathroom. The Hoffell Hot Springs are 25 km away.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel plot is big. Its decor has some style, with some vintages clothes and items on display in the hall. Some sheeps grazed on the grassland outside my room window and it's fun to see them there. Breakfast was good.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull.

The hotel seemed very new and modern. The rooms were spacious with big windows and super clean. Everybody was very friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel served exceptionally good food and the breakfast was included. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in the Höfn area.
