- From US$449.43 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 455 reviewsThis place is nothing short of extraordinary, and although we only stayed for one night, it left such a lasting impression that we can’t help but wish we’d stayed longer! The Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is a hidden gem that offers everything you could possibly want in a luxury getaway. From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Their kindness and attentiveness were unmatched—from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful “to-go” breakfast box they prepared for us when we had to leave early. Special shoutout to Mario and Luca, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They made us feel truly at home. As for the resort itself, the setting is simply breathtaking. The views of the valley and surrounding countryside are unparalleled, while the eco-luxury design of the resort combines modern comfort with a peaceful, nature-infused atmosphere. We stayed in a room with a private pool, and it was the perfect way to unwind. Spacious, comfortable, and tranquil, it was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Dining here was an experience in itself, and each meal exceeded expectations. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, paired with some excellent wine recommendations. Dining with the stunning views of the valley and nearby temples was an unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish. The thoughtful touches, incredible staff, and amazing amenities made this an experience we’ll remember for years to come. We couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to come back—next time, for a much longer stay!Guest review byAndrewItaly

The best hotel experience I've ever had. This is a true 5 star resort. The place is like from a storybook with a private access to the valley of temples. Spa and restaurant both amazing to experience as well. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating to every request. I would go back in a heartbeat. Absolutely worth it not only for the VIP views of temples but the experience, food, staff, decor, location, and ambiance. All impeccable.Guest review byLeeaFinland
- From US$131.49 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,809 reviewsThe kind receptionist allowed us to check in earlier than expected, even though our room wasn't ready (she swapped it for another one), we were very happy with that. The room overlooked the Valle dei Templi, there isn't a better view in town I think. Breakfast was great, and their garden is really lovely, wish it hadn't been too hot so we'd spend more time there. Parking was easy and you need 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the museum and the park. It was working until mindnight when we were there, it was magical.Guest review byMaja~Croatia

Its green color and beautifully organized plants and lawns are the immediate sign we had that this place has a refreshing and calm vibes. The rooms are packed with everything we needed and the villa had a guests room filled with food and equipment the guests need in the stay.Guest review byNirIsrael

He is very friendly and very kind... we wish we'd stayed with him for 2 or 3 nights to visit all the famous sights of Agrigento... not stayed way up the hill.Guest review byMurray NZNew Zealand

Immerse yourself in Sicily's history with a visit to Agrigento. From the breathtaking Valley of the Temples, visiting the home of writers Luigi Pirandello, Andrea Camilleri and Leonardo Sciascia to the nearby Turkish Steps, there is always something interesting to see and experience.Guest review byTerenceAustralia - 6.0

Great fish restaurant and well stocked supermarket. A good area to stay if visiting Valley of the Temples but be prepared to drive everywhere and use main roads. Don’t let google maps take you up unmade roads!Guest review byFionaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

B&B Arena was the perfect spot to stop on our Sicily road trip. It is a few steps to the beach, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The beach is sandy, and free to access. There is also a small restaurant that has lovely pasta and pizza (at the south end of the beachfront). I hope I can return to Sicily and stay with Sirena again!Guest review byHelenCanada - 10.0

Lots of steep streets and alleyways but didn't get lost! Best to visit the Valley of the Temples early in the day before it gets too hot. Make sure you wear a hat and have plenty of water. Take the time to visit the town, especially the cathedral and greek churchGuest review byMichaelUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Our stay in Zingarello was delightful.
Our stay in Zingarello was delightful. The highlights of the trip were the beach, and our visit to the Valle dei Templi, a fantastic archeological site w/ Greek temples dating back to 600 BC. The duomo and nearby church of Santa Maria dei Greci are also well worth seeing. Many good restaurants close by.Guest review byTuglatUnited States - 10.0

The Valley of the Temples is a good reason for visiting Agrigento - otherwise there is not much to the town. Lots of streets with steps in the Old Town (which is much more interesting to stay in) as it covers a big hill. You need to catch a taxi to get from the town to the temple site, but it is certainly worthwhile to go there.Guest review byHazelAustralia - 10.0

We arrived from the Netherlands, but we both are Hungarians, so we needed to get used with the Italian lifestyle, like the siesta time, when there almost nothing is opened to get some food or drink. In exchange the places like restaurants are opened till late night. You also need to pay attention during riding by car, the traffic a little bit hectic, but it is easy too deal with it.Guest review byAuroraMoonNetherlands
