Close to center, restaurants and top attractions. You can easily find a parking place around. Fully equipped, well-designed and spacious rooms. No breakfast included but there were already coffee, tea, some snacks, milk and water available for free on arrival. Do online check in before so that you can directly get your book once you arrive. We would like to mention that this small boutique 22 room hotel is amazing and the staff exceptional, especially the hotel manager Manuel. We had a beautiful stay, the hotel is in a great location, quiet, the bed comfortable and within walking distance to almost everything. If you are visiting Milan and want to live like a local, the very knowledgeable and “elegante” Manuel will make sure your stay is the most memorable. From local attractions, superb dining options, how to get around the city and a gentleman who makes you feel like the only guest in the hotel, you must stay here. Nothing was ever too difficult and delivered with good humour and a cheeky smile. The adjoining Argentinian restaurant serves great bar snacks and quality drinks (thanks Antonio) within a beautiful dining ambiance, and the nearby Artisan Princi bakery, delicious. (at Bulgari prices) Grazie Mille. We will be back.

Sophisticated and Serene

The diverse region of Lombardy touches the 3 largest Italian lakes: Lake Garda, Lake Maggiore and Lake Como. Their beautiful shores house many Lombardy luxury hotels and even more luxurious celebrity residences.

The rich and famous also flock to Milan, one of the world’s fashion capitals, where designer boutiques are found alongside La Scala opera house and the iconic San Siro football stadium.     what a lovely hotel , the staff is amazing , 2 ladies in the restaurant were perfect, welcome drink upon arrival , kitchen was closed and we were hungry but the lady made a cold plate with a local cheese and ham, room had a small balcony with a nice view, amazing comfortable bed with very good mattresses I slept like a baby , had a dinner in restaurant some pizza and was very tasty ! and very cheap ! parking in front of the hotel free of charge , there is a huge terrace and big restaurant you can choose were to have, diner, lunch or afternoon drink the receptionist/manager/owner made the stay even better felt like a VIP quest all the time thank you for your hospitality breakfast ist served from 8:00-10:00 i like to sleep longer but made it just before closing , the breakfast was good choice of everything what you can ask , very good coffee and local fresh milk , amazing service from the lady even had a chance to get a scrambled eggs (9:45) and served with a smile thank you will be definitely back soon

    Wonderful location on the lake with spectacular views and relaxing hot spring pool that’s open from 9am to 10pm. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and service was first class. The hotel is literally a few hundred yards from the entrance to the old town of Sirmione, with the city wall, gate and castle just a two minute walk to great restaurants and cafés. The front desk staff were amazing and arranged a local car rental service for us at very short notice. By far our most enjoyable moments were at the buffet breakfast and the hot spring pool.

    The Citta Alta is lovely and there are many things to see both there and in the Citta Bassa. The Cathedral, Art Museum and the Piazza Vecchia. We ate at La Ripa - excellent food and service. A bit more expensive but still reasonable for the quality. Bar Flora in the Piaza Vecchia is great for an aperitif.

    Sirmione was a real find for Lake Garda.

    Sirmione was a real find for Lake Garda. It has the amazing old town with its cobbled streets and history, but also has the newer town which has loads of restaurants and shops, as well as the marina. It is really easy to get to other parts of the lake from Sirmione, either by car or by boat, so it was a great base. It was also easy to get to other parts of Italy from there, so a great location.

    Really easy to get to from Verona airport. Beautiful views of the Lake and quick to get to Sirmione which is stunning but can get really busy with tourists. Desenzano town is lovely, lots of eateries, pretty streets, friendly people and beautiful views. The market on a Tuesday was really good, nice to walk around. Many things eg the castle etc are closed on a Monday. I was there 2.5 days which felt enough for me. This included a day in Sirmione. I explored the main sites and then spent a day in Verona on the way home, well worth a day trip or visit.

    Having spent 311 nights in Limone you must understand that...

    Having spent 311 nights in Limone you must understand that we like it and the surrounding north Lake Garda area. Last year it was selected as the most superb flower decorated town in Italy and at the international competition won the top five 'petals' in it's category of small resorts. The winter population is 1200 people but usually busy with visitors from the end of April till mid October. The only criticism this year is that I detected a cigarette end on some steps! Standards are slipping but the Mayor, Il Sindaco, was quite distressed. If in doubt just go and you will not be disappointed.

    Prior preparation prevents a piss poor performance! Eat well, sleep well , open your mind, explore every twist and turn . Surprise yourself! Drip feed the delights of your endeavours to your admirers like a wise mysterious adventurer from the golden age of exploration. Lastly, don't follow others , create your own path of adventure for your own pleasure & wisdom.

    Hotel easy to find although there was some confusion at the airport as to where the free airport shuttle bus left from but perhaps the driver was just having an off day. The room was well equipped and spacious but we had no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly

    Bellagio is just so nice. The jewel in the crown.

    Bellagio is just so nice. The jewel in the crown. Busy during the day but better in the evening. Saying that, you can still get around. It’s charming, clean and plenty of shops restaurants. Great location to hop on the ferry to explore. Definitely the best place in our opinion but the area is stunning anyway. Ciao ciao.

    There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.
