Perfectly located hotel 2-3 minutes walk to San Antonio bus stop. It is very central. Alpe di Siusi gondola is also fee minutes walk. Breakfast is superb. The best part are the hosts. They are super nice and very accommodating individuals. The shower is good. I will definitely book again at Hotel Cosmea in the future. Excellent property.

The property was spectacular!! The location was the best for anyone who likes convenience to the slopes and to great restaurants within walking distance. The staff, Mara, Roberta, and Daniela made everyday special and were so helpful giving us great recommendations for dining and skiing. We stayed 3 days in Cortina before arriving at Giardin and wished we had spent all 7 days at The Giardin B&B! The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a lot to choose from. The downstairs sauna and fitness center was first class and the Ski Room was over the top! What could be better than to spend the day skiing The Sellaronda Ski Circuit and end your day right at the door to the Ski Room at The Giardin! It was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, the staff wonderful, and the location, ideal. You can’t ask for anything more. Would love to go back in the summer to hike and enjoy the hospitality of The Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B! All my best to everyone who made our trip memorable. Thank you!

Excellent across the board! Seriously. Hotel Freina a family owned hotel, and the owners are there throughout the day with all the staff hosting guests. And from my experience, i can feel that hospitality runs in their blood. When that is the setting, you can picture the rest. Recommended.

Amazing stay for families! Situated in a great location and super kid friendly with a dedicated game room with a foosball table, ping pong, etc. The outdoor pool was beautiful infinity type pool which the kiddo enjoyed as well. Staff were all friendly and welcoming and the food was amazing! There was a different set menu every night that catered to all taste buds.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! From the warm greeting to all the help and advice we were given as visitors being new to the area. The location was amazing, the room and facilities were amazing and the food amazing. I was thrilled that they catered for my coeliac condition and even made a gluten free strudel for my breakfast one morning. We cannot wait to return!

    We loved everything from the start - easy check-in, very friendly stuff, we were very surprised about amount of entertainment the hotel has - from hiking/bike tours to spa and wellness like yoga and stretching, we enjoyed a lot massages, facial and spa in general, pools have amazing Mountain View, the whole territory is very stylish and clean, and room was specious, bed was super comfy. And another big thanks for the food!! it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! And we tried first night to dine at the restaurant, and the same day changed our just bed and breakfast deal to half board, because the food was so good and definitely worth to pay for! Also amazing selection of local wines 👍 every staff was very polite, friendly and professional! highly recommended

    My partner and I both agree that Hotel Tyrol is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was amazing every day. The ski locker room was very convenient and only a few steps to the first lift. The spa had a variety of different saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and pools and was never too crowded. The hotel was a great starting point to access the Sella Rhonda loop and one of the largest ski areas we have ever seen. Staff were all very friendly and greeted us by name each day. The restaurant's food and service was exceptional! If you are considering staying at this hotel don't hesitate - book a room now and you won't be disappointed. We were so happy with our experience here - it was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy.

    At Scherlin we had one of the best hotel experience. Since we arrived there we felt like in a story.It started to snow and all the lights from hotel made the perfect stay there.We got also a room upgrade free of charge with a stunning view of the entire valley.Everything was top, from breakfast, to room, to the spa and interior/exterior pool with hot water and of course all sparkling clean. We will definitely come back! Thank you Hotel Scherlin! keep going like this!

    My room was so nice! It was a renovated attic room and it couldn’t have been more perfect for 1-2 people. The breakfast staff, Aurelia, was so nice and friendly.     The town is the perfect location to explore the Dolomites. Hotels and Apartments are plentiful and in every price level. You can choose from so many hikes (all different levels) you can fill 3 weeks. Depending what other locations are on your itinerary, 3 days allow you to see the highlights and get a sense of the beauty of the Dolomites. Yet, it's easy to fill a week. Summer like winter.

    Because of the two gondolas accessible in town, we were able to explore both sides and experience a variety of terrain, none extremely challenging which worked for our various fitness levels. The views are stupendous and the convenience of the huts along the trails for lunch, a drink or even a break from the rain were fantastic. We didn't need to worry about packing snacks or lunches, and instead enjoyed reasonably priced, delicious meals along our hikes.

    While Selva absolutely lived up to everything we had heard about how spectacular the Dolomites are, we unfortunately had no fresh snow. We'd made a very long trip from Australia to ski and snowboard, so it was disappointing. That said, we had decent cover and loved the long runs and apres venues. Completing the Sellaronda is one of the best experiences I've ever had on skis.

    A lovely town in the valley with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants but also gave easy access up into the mountains via cable car/funicular. Also easy to get the bus to St Christina and Selva for other cables cars and walks. The Val Gardena mountains are simply stunning with plenty of great walking accessible from Ortesei

    We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house!

    We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday house! Great location – very close to the cable cars that take you to Seceda and Monte Pana in the beautiful Dolomites. The area is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were very kind, welcomed us with gifts, and gave us great tips on what to see and do nearby. The house had everything we needed: brand-new beds, super comfortable mattresses, and the host kindly provided lower pillows upon request. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We stayed on the ground floor – although the weather was rainy, it was always warm inside thanks to the heating. A perfect place for both active holidays and peaceful rest – highly recommended!

    if you are a beginner intermediate you could spend a week on the Sella Ronda - if you are advanced you would get bored after 3-4 days Nothing very challenging for the real adrenaline junkies Selva is a pretty town with lots of hotels and few chalets. Quiet in the evenings.

    There is something for everyone in Ortesei and it is a special family destination as well. We loved the summer climate, the cool crisp air, and the beauty of the amazing Dolomites. The restaurants were great, there was ample shopping, and the locals were warm, friendly and helpful. We did not have a car, but did not need one with the free bus system that was very efficient. The gondolas, funicular annd chair lifts took us to some great spots for hiking and the ambience in the Refugios was great!

    Santa Cristina Val Gardena is an absolute gem in the Dolomites. The town perfectly balances peaceful Alpine charm with great access to outdoor adventures. It's smaller and quieter than nearby Ortisei or Selva, which made it feel more authentic and relaxing, but it still offers everything you need — cozy cafes, excellent restaurants, and beautiful walking paths right from the center.
