Stunning location with views that are magical, we were in room 27 and sat on the balcony for many hours mesmerised. Would love to come back, have reserved 2 rooms for New Years Eve + a few days and really hope to make it back

A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

It is such a beautiful place. Green grasslands and snowy mountains. It is the ideal place I have dreamed of. The meal at the restaurant was so delicious, too. If I ever go to Dolomite again, I will definitely visit there again. The road for a novice driver to drive can be a little difficult. But if you go slowly, you can see the beautiful scenery in more detail.

    Hotel is great, food was amazing- in the price you have breakfast, small lunch, afternoon snack+cakes and in the evening 4 course meal on top level! Pool is amazing and big, 3 saunas to choose from. Slopes are 3 min drive away, there is ski bus as well as public bus in front of the hotel to take you there. Amazing and relaxing stay, staff was friendly.

    Amazing at every detail. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been. The place is just amazing and the place so warm, makes you feel cozy. The views just breathtaking!!They were really attentive with our baby and even had a chair for her ready at breakfast. I hope we have the chance to return. The breakfast delicious and very varied.     We loved the spacious chalet with its own fireplace and sauna. The food and wine was delicious and the wellness area, pool, and activities were top notch. We enjoyed a complementary wine tasting, yoga and relaxing sound bath meditation. We didn’t want yo leave and would definitely come back
