Very nice and new hotel. We fell in love with the interior design and all the details. Staff was very nice, especially Farah at the reception. Comfortable bed, really tasteful rooms and amazing breakfast. It has a private parking, you can walk to the city center in 15-20 minutes. The Japanese Garden/South Beach is only 15 minutes by car. 10/10 - best hotel we booked in Jordan.

First of all we felt very welcome. The staff (reception, restaurant, pool) was extremely attentive, the service was like in 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and super super clean (well done housekeeping 10/10!) Food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!

It really is a marvelous place. The rooms were very clean and modern, the room service came every day. We especially appreciated their friendly service - a big thanks to the receptionist, the manager, the chef, the porter - who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast had a lot of choice and all our questions and problems were attended immediately. There were many shops and a cheap kebab place nearby and many restaurants a bit further in the city.

The place is amazingly beautiful, well appointed and decorated. Many properties say "luxury" but I don't know compared to what, this is a really luxurious experience that makes you feel like a king. In a lot of hotels throughout the Middle East, staff are sometimes not so well trained and even receptionists are limited compared to people in other parts of the world. Here, they were very on point, efficent, kind, great language skills. I had the opportunity to talk with the spa staff, also fantastic. A fantastic experience all over.

The staff was wonderful from lobby to restaurant. They did take care of us while we were sicks, and helped us recover! Well located with lots of shops around, parking in the street was fine. Very nice chef, cooking great food without too much everything, which we loved!

The quiet and remote location provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. From assisting with our check-in to helping us book organized trips and activities through the hotel reception, they made everything effortless. We were truly touched by their warmth and genuine hospitality, and we quickly fell in love with both the place and the people. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at the Wadi Rum Luxury Bubble Hotel was nothing short of exquisite. The menu offered a diverse range of dishes, each bursting with flavor. Whether we were indulging in traditional local cuisine or savoring international delicacies, every meal was a delight for our taste buds. We were also pleasantly surprised by the presentation and quality of the food, which exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the mesmerizing view of the hotel site at night. The sight was truly awe-inspiring and created a romantic ambiance that added an extra touch of enchantment to our experience. Lastly, I must mention the jacuzzi tub outside our room. Initially, we thought we wouldn't use it much, but it turned out to be the perfect addition to our luxurious accommodations.

We booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 people for a short relax and cleaning off the dust from Wadi Rum desert. This is a very nice beach resort by Red Sea. The entire resort was almost empty, probably due to the side effects of Gaza/Israel war. The entire resort, including the room, bathroom, pool, and beach area was very clean. All of the restaurants were barely functioning when we were there so we went to downtown Aqaba for dinner at a very nice local seafood restaurant. We didn't have any issues finding parking space for our GMC Yukon at all. Hotel staff was really helpful.

Mohamed i think it’s his name and I believe he is the owner or manager, his level of kindness and hospitality are really special, I’m beyond grateful. From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Rami also went the extra mile with small gestures that made a big difference — from helping us wrap our scarves perfectly for the desert wind to making sure we always felt comfortable and cared for. Every request was met with a smile and handled right away. Thanks to Rami, our stay at Al Sultana Luxury Camp was smooth, memorable, and full of warmth. It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect. With warm temperatures but a cool breeze, it was a great escape from the heat. It made our time at the beach even more enjoyable and allowed us to explore the city comfortably without feeling overheated. Beyond the beach, Aqaba has a rich blend of culture, history, and hospitality. We enjoyed delicious local food, and the people there were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. All in all, Aqaba provided the ideal mix of relaxation, adventure, and family fun. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway that combines both natural beauty and cultural richness.
