- From $211.88 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 2,856 reviewsThis was an excellent stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. They also offer convenient luggage storage before and after check-in. The pantry is stunning—beautifully designed and perfect for Instagram. It’s open all day, not just during breakfast, with some cold drinks available. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious pancakes and rotating side dishes. The coffee was superb, with both iced and hot options available during breakfast hours. Even the cutlery and tableware were stylish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Hiroshima, with many attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transport. Okonomimura is just around the corner. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Hiroshima!Guest review byTimm ClaudioGermany
- From $125.64 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 176 reviewsThe room was great, it was positioned on the edge of the building but I had no problems sleeping for two nights, there was no noise at all (save maybe for some neighbouring guests that couldn't get their room code right, lol). The buffet breakfast was very good and there was even a free "welcome party" with some juice and alcohol in the very cozy common hall. In the same common hall there's complimentary towels, traditional pajamas and bath stuff to use in your room. The location was great, close to a big road (I think one of the main ones of Hiroshima) with lots of christmas lights and even a shopping center with various food options.Guest review byLucaItaly
- From $126.31 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,919 reviewsGreat location - walkable to the downtown area but also right near a tram stop. Clean and fairly spacious room. The separate bathroom and toilet worked well. The staff were all friendly. It was nice being able to open the window to get fresh air. Check-out at 11am was good. Excellent value overall.Guest review byShirleyAustralia

Didn't explore much beyond the Peace Memorial Park, the Vitims memorial (so quiet and thought provoking, they have used the sound of water very well) and some nearby streets as only here for an afternoon and a morning. It certainly makes you question why atomic bombs were ever developed and affirms that they should never be used again. Seeing trees that survived the bomb, and listening to an 'in utero' survivor was moving too. On a happier note the okonomyaki is very much recommended. So easy to get around using trams.Guest review byDebbie VUnited Kingdom - 10

Onomichi is a picturesque and walkable city with lots of charm. You can stroll the vintage shotegai, visit the art museum, enjoy a snack at Onomichi U2, take a temple walk, ride the ropeway, and of course, biking the Shimanami Kaido. The people are friendly and the food and shopping are great.Guest review byLindsayUnited States - 10

The main reasson to visit was the Itsukushima Shrine but there was plenty of other shrines and temples to visit. The ropeway to Mt, Misen was great. The hike down not so much (not a trail, mainly steps - hard on the knees.Guest review byDeanUnited States - 8.0

Silent small town, just next to the station you have castle, not that frequently operating local trains from this station. To reach Hiroshima I had to take a bus and could not find local trains. Shinkansen is available, so those who dont worry about Shinkansen prices then it is super easy.Guest review byRameshIndia - 10
The owner/ front desk was super nice and friendly.
The owner/ front desk was super nice and friendly. He went above and beyond. Gave me the best room with lower price because I was solo and room is for 2. Yet the room and all areas in hotel were very clean and smelled good. It’s also across from train station and easy to commute everywhere. I will definitely stay again.Guest review bySemiraUnited States - 8.0

Mihara is a pocket of suburban quiet within the larger area of Hiroshima. Within easy ferry access of Okunoshima (Rabbit) Island, the Mihara area provides quiet, budget-friendly accommodations, and local specials. Mihara station also acts as a stop for the Shinkansen, so it is a great place to act as a base town during your travel. Please visit Mihara!Guest review byEmmaUnited States - 10

Kure is a great place for travelers who have an interest in Naval history, owing to Kure's long history as a naval port and the birthplace of famous ships like the battleship Yamato and aircraft carrier Akagi. The following restaurants were recommended to me so I also recommend them to future travelers! - Tone-honten (Curry Rice) - Dosanko Kure Hondori (Ramen) - Morisu (Ramen) - Jiyuken (Omurice) There is a rental bicycle service offered by JR by the station for 500円 where the bikes can be rented starting from 0800hrs and returned by 2000hrs.Guest review byRyanSingapore - 8.0
Cute rabbits are just in front of the hotel.
Cute rabbits are just in front of the hotel. Anyone loves rabbit should come here once. But if you want to live here for one night or even longer, you should pay attention to the air in the aisle. The windows should be opened to let fresh air in.Guest review by李Taiwan - 8.0

Quiet, orderly place where the emphasis is on peace, forgiveness and rejuvenation. Was ironic to sit there and contemplate what is currently going on in the world. Amazing how much was left standing and conversely how much was destroyed. The stone marking the hypocentre is very understated. We had some very good Okonomiyake recommended from a Google maps review,in a tiny place that seated approximately 4 people but was delicious.Guest review byHeatherUnited Kingdom - 10

Because I got in late from doing the big bike ride over from Imabari, I was left with little time or energy to explore Onomichi. However, I did do some of the temple tour in the morning and it was excellent. I recommend taking the "ropeway" (I'd call it a cable car) to the hilltop and work your way down. I'd love to come back and explore more of this interesting little town.Guest review byVaytwTaiwan
