I chose this hotel after flying in from Mombasa at the end of our stay. The hotel sent a shuttle service from their area about 10 minutes away and the pick-up was swift. The driver was very funny and helpful with loading and unloading. The staff at the hotel were kind with checking in and the hotel was very well designed. It was a lovely hotel and perfect for the last few days of a trip. We just ubered when we wanted to go somewhere with no issues getting back to the main part of the city. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and service was exceptional. I would stay here again before flying out of Nairobi.

Beautiful 5 star hotel ambience with even more beautiful staff! Extremely professional and pleasant from each department. From the management, front desk/reception, security, housekeeping, both restaurant staff; each encounter was always a prompt and efficient. My family cannot thank the Dusit Princess Hotel team enough for making our stay exceptional we had extend our stay!     I was met at the airport at 10pm by a very polite young man with a placard with my name on it and escorted to the car park to be driven to the hotel - a fantastic welcome for my first visit to Kenya. This transfer was included in the price. Check in was painless and a guy carried my heavy bag up to my room. The restaurant was open 24 hours, but I didn't use it until breakfast time. This was just a night stop on my way to the Maasai Mara, but the room had good aircon and an adequate ensuite shower. The bed had a good mosquito net and there was cold water in the fridge - all I could ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - eggs and bacon and lots of other things - and it was a complete bargain. I would stay here again - and probably will on my next visit to Kenya.

    I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

    EVERYTHING. The Sunday brunch vibe with the locals Wa spectacular. The concierge team went over and above to assist us with our Quatar flight . Finally, Gerald Munene agreed to accompany us to the airport. He stayed a few hours after us shift, and then spent about three hours with us at the airport to ensure a successful departure.

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    If you really want a lovely enjoyable holiday in Kenya that you will look back upon and make you want to return then do this.DO NOT STAY IN NAIROBI!!AVOID IT PLEASE.Fly straight to Mombasa and i promise you that you will have a great holiday and you will return to Mombasa.This is my true opinion and i hope it helps people not to make the mistake i made.

    The only city I know to have a National Park in the center...

    The only city I know to have a National Park in the center of town... if you like animals there's some interesting places nearby. Also a big National Museum with a snake house. My favorite was the orphaned elephant rescue center .
