We had a great time here. It was a great deal for the money we paid. It's a bit remote but that's the good thing about it. The staff was very welcoming even though we were the only guests that night so they had to work only because of us. We got a welcome drink which was nice. The cottages are large, high ceilings, lots of windows to see the surrounding area but all of them have curtains as well. Hot shower, nice bathroom. Comfortable beds with thermofors ready for us. And a baby cot ready for our little son. There is a kettle in the room and they also prepared a thermos with hot water for us. The breakfast was also good, various options to choose from. One tip. If you use Google maps to get here, they currently take you a long and a bit steep unpaved road from the south west. But it's better to come from the north east where the Google currently shows the road is interrupted. In fact it is not and it's perfectly passable.

Had an amazing stay with my friends, very beautiful views, great service, great food. Rooms were really nice and. The pictures don't even do this place justice! Amazing spa! We also did the horse back riding Safari and went down to the giraffes 🦒, unbelievably beautiful. So many cute animals on the property as well! Overrall fantastic stay. Lots of room and very kid friendly, very serene and peaceful. We will be back soon 💫

The rooms are very clean and well organized. Initially, I had booked a deluxe room, but since it was unavailable, the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The following day, I booked again, and they accommodated me in the deluxe as requested. The team is extremely polite, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure comfort. To my surprise, they even cleaned our car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My wife enjoyed some fresh oranges from the garden near our room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were so gracious about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and this is truly a nice place to stay.

The animal viewing was suburb. All the staff were great but Christine was incredible - I would have to say she was the best staff member I have ever experienced in any hotel across the world. She was so helpful in organiising things, always caring about us, always smiling and engaging with us and even referred to as Auntie by our 5 year old daughter.
