Great place to stay, wish I was going back. Kim, Lilly and the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough for you. There is ample beach and pool beds. The rooms are top class with great showers and facilities. Great gym when it gets too hot outside. The food and drinks were top class. The fried full fish was exceptional. Couldn’t recommend this resort enough.

The hotel has the best beach in the island. The staff is polite and helpful. They clean the beach and the hotel's premises all day long. As for the rooms are spacious, very clean, as they are cleaned daily. Both breakfast and dinner were very tasty. The pool was lovely. The WiFi was very good. I also had massage which was good as well. They also arranged to pick us up from the pier. It was a pity we stayed only 5 days.

Loved the laid back atmosphere and great service. Great to have Anaya as a sister location which gave additional choice. Ann and the staff were fantastic - you only had to think of something and it was done. Location was perfect with the shade of the trees if required. We had a Jungle room which was close to the reception and was perfect. Would love to try one of the tents next time!

This hotel is truly amazing! Anything you can desire is offered you before you have to ask. The only downside for us is having stayed there only one night… I wish we could have remained there forever! Huge and clean room , with the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, (it was like sleeping in a cloud, and this was greatly appreciated after so many hard cambodian mattresses! ) Great varied breakfast with both local and western dishes… delicious sushi , and a wide menu to choose from , beautiful private beach where you can watch the sun set in the sea sipping a cocktail or having dinner… all this and much more for a great price…but, above all , we were impressed with the extraordinary politeness and kindness of the staff, who made us feel like movie stars! Ken, in particular, was literally our guardian angel, he took care of us from the moment we met, solving for us every problem…he was just amazing, he gave us a lift to the ferry station for Koh Rong Samloen where we spent two days, helped us with the ferry boat tickets and was there to pick us up when we came back … and in the meantime we were allowed to leave our car in the hotel’s parking even after we had checked out !!! Ken’s kindness and helpfulness was really beyond imagination … thank you Ken!!! Queenco hotel is by far the best we stayed at in Cambodia !

Booked this hotel for my sister and her partner and they loved it! It’s a brand new hotel, right on the Main Street of M’Pai Bay. Super modern and well equipped, they said they had everything in they needed in the room (air-con, nice hot shower, kettle, comfortable bed,…). Staff are super lovely too 🥰

    We had a wonderful holiday in this hotel! The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time, but our room was already ready and we didn’t have to wait. The hotel has a good restaurant, the food was delicious. Buffet breakfast included, quite varied. the hotel was quiet at night, no one made noise and you couldn’t hear music from the village as was the case in other hotels on the island. If you value a calm, even passive holiday, you will like it here.

    I honestly don’t understand if you don’t fall in love with this place. The staff is unbelievable, the place is magical. I’m a frequent traveler. I’ve visitors many Aman hotels, but the overall experience and the staff is even better at Song Saa. They are always there, waiting to serve you and give the best of themselves. Better then Amanpuri! Loved it very much! The jungle villa is a great choice. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced.

There are monkeys on the property — you need to be cautious, but they add a special vibe. The included breakfasts are great: a wide variety of dishes and everything is delicious.     You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy...

    You can forget about Sihanoukville if you're into fancy colonial French architecture. Such an ugly jumble of buildings I don't think I have ever seen. But - it's the people that count and they seem OK. The indoor market is there if you need something. There's loads of banks and ATMs. I went to the beach and stayed approximately 1 minute since I saw complete lack of infrastructure for sunseekers. I stayed at the Don Bosco Hotel School which has a swimming pool in its large compound. There's a bunch of unfinished construction in the form of building shells but the strand seems completely free of obstruction.

    We visited in the off season/rainy season. it was quiet and some facilities were being refurbed or rebuilt. Apart from the 1-hour per day rain it was great. the beaches are beautiful and there's lots to do. The people are so friendly and helpful.

    Koh Rong Sanloem is a lovely peaceful island. We stayed at Island Center Point which was wonderful. The water is warm, we swam a few times, plus went kayaking. All very safe. There is a small shop in Saracen bay where you can buy essentials, plus there are a few places offering laundry facilities. You can also go hiking to other beaches or the lighthouse, bring plenty of water with you!

    The breakfast was wonderful, but, unfortunately, there was only an a la carte service available on the last morning. The scenery was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of rubbish about, and there needs to be an improvement there. The chalets are quite close to each other, but, with a curfew, this need never be a problem. It would be nice to be able to open a window in the bedroom and use a fan rather than sleep with the air conditioning. The resort's swimming pool is quite enclosed, and isn't very inviting when the sun's not out, but there is access to another pool further up the hill, which has splendid views. It's a good place to walk around and get some exercise! Plenty of opportunities to stop off and get some refreshment too!

    If you like basic (very basic) peace and quiet, beautiful...

    If you like basic (very basic) peace and quiet, beautiful sunrise and sunset, this is the place for you to relax. Boats do come in regularly a few in the weekday and more at weekends, but they usually go near the restaurant, so not too noisy. Host, Nak, is excellent and will help you with many things eg forward bookings, as remember there is no Wi-Fi. The food is adequate as to be expected on an island.

    Most people visit Sihanoukville as a stop of point before visiting the Koh Rohg Islands, it’s a different experience as the city is filled with half built hotels, tower blocks ! Apparently the Chinese investor was putting a lot of money into the place for offices and casinos around online gambling but when the Cambodian government made it illigal in 2019, the building work just stopped - so it’s got like this apocalyptic feel about the place - worth a short stay

    This is peace ! no cars no bikes only motors: generatators. Friendly helpful happy crowd, hiking in the Djungle, paddeling in the canoe around the island to coral bay go snorkling there, playing beach ball in the evenings, eating healthy tasty food. On the other side, 15 min on Kaktus beach you can see thd sunset, at last point you see sunrise.

    The Sihanoukville I remember no longer exists .it's now a resort city catering for Chinese tourists, hardly any English signage anywhere. The cities roads seemed to have improved. But a lot of buildings left on hold now half finished properly due to the Covid slowdown. Seems like Macau in the tropics
