- From $204.35 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 1,157 reviewsAmazing room- a suite that included a living area opening onto a balcony. Stunning full picture window of the hills. Comfortable mattress (that you can flip to adjust firmness). Lovely in-room amenities (bathrobes, slippers, beverages, bath0 and a really well designed room (easy to have a spot for everything that made sense and was functional). Amazing location- I went for a run in the Grun Holle (Green Hell) rock formation in the morning. Great spa amenities (regular sauna, infared sauna, indoor pool). Restaurant on site. Friendly staff who were efficient and got their jobs done. I would recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast had plenty of choices for me and they even made me a soft boiled egg on demand. I had almost no issues here!Guest review byJanaUnited States

People cannot visit the castle but there are two expositions: one about Second World War (not my favorite topic) and the other about castles in Luxembourg. This last one is very useful to plan your (next) trip to Luxembourg, since some of those castles are interesting. The old church is really worth to visit.Guest review bySergeBelgium - 10.0

Berdorf is my favorite go-to location if I wanna go on a hiking weekend. It's about a three hour drive from where I live, so very doable for a weekendtrip. The entire Echternach region in beautiful (check out the Mullerthal Trail), but the region around Berdorf is especially beautiful. The forests around Berdorf all have those typical rock formations with stairs and ladders, little chasms etc that really make it so much more interesting than a normal forest hike. The town itself is very small and is really just meant to spend the night in between two days of heavy hiking.Guest review byFilipBelgium - 10.0

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Château d’Urspelt, we were absolutely enchanted. Nestled in the peaceful, rolling countryside of northern Luxembourg, this beautifully restored castle feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The historic building itself is stunning – a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. Every detail, from the manicured gardens to the elegant architecture, has been lovingly maintained. The surroundings are serene and picturesque, offering a quiet escape from the rush of daily life. Whether you’re sipping a glass of wine in the courtyard or exploring the nearby nature trails, there’s a sense of calm and beauty that lingers with you. Our room was immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with just the right touch of luxury. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless and stylish, and every amenity we could need was thoughtfully provided. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the SPa and the staff. Every person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that they care deeply about making your experience unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy at every moment. This was more than just a hotel stay – it was a memorable experience in a magical setting. Without a doubt, we will be coming back. If you’re looking for charm, comfort, and impeccable hospitality and e grat Spa, Hotel Château d’Urspelt is the place to be.Guest review byEric van NootenNetherlands - 10.0

We’ve been coming to Dirbach Plage Parc for years, and it truly feels like our home away from home. Tucked away beside a peaceful river and surrounded by beautiful forest, it’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The cabins are always spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay, whether it’s just for a weekend or a longer holiday. The staff are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help—every visit feels personal. We love waking up to the sound of the river, taking long walks on the nearby trails, and exploring charming spots like Bourscheid Castle just a short drive away. The on-site restaurant and bar are a bonus, and for those who like to cook, the kitchen facilities in the cabins make it easy to prepare meals. Wi-Fi can be a little patchy in some areas, but honestly, being “unplugged” is part of what makes this place so special. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with great service and plenty of activities nearby, Dirbach Plage Parc is unbeatable. We can’t wait for our next visit!Guest review byzaidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We want to thank Olivier for the help he give when my partner was falling from the stairs outside in the evening and Olivier called the ambulance and take care for my partner all the time. Also Olivier is a great doglover and he give our dog some special dogfood, that was a nice surprise for our dog . all the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much for them if you want something. We always enjoy our stay when we are in Cocoon La Rive. I want to thank everybody for the great hospitality. Best regards, Johan,Linda and our dog FarahGuest review byfarah001Belgium - 10.0
The chateau museum, exhibition and tour was fantastic.
The chateau museum, exhibition and tour was fantastic. Highly recommend taking the time to see the exhibition before touring the chateau. We also took the chairlift up to the high viewing point and had a few drinks. Not the cheapest but nowhere in Luxembourg is cheap. The views were great and it was worth the trip. We also visited the newly refurbished open air swimming pool which the kids loved and added a bit of relaxation to the trip. It was very clean and well maintained. The town itself has plenty of bars and restaurants to sample during a short stay, especially the ones with views over the riverGuest review byJackUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A nice little town, easily accessed by train from Luxembourg Ville, as well as Belgium. The town is nestled amongst lovely natural scenery - based in the valley walking up to the top of one of the hills gives a lovely change of view to either forest or grass lands with horizons. The town had several restaurants and one bakery. All a bit expensive but no more so than in the capital Luxembourg Ville. There is piped music in the pedestrian street which is odd. Other than that it's a lovely tranquil place.Guest review byJamieSingapore - 6.0

Bollendorf is in a nice setting but the town has few facilities, and speaking to locals it appears much of the tourist business has been damaged by a combination of COVID lockdowns and the devastating floods in 2021.Guest review byRichard HounsellUnited Kingdom
