Absolutely wonderful place, very calm and relaxing atmosphere, 300m to the sea. If you want to chill and get away from all the hustle, pick this place. It’s a bit further away from the stores and restaurants (however just a few minutes by car), but at the camping you got everything you need to grill and really enjoy the lovely premises. The tents and facilities are clean and fresh. The most amazing host family!

Small, but very clean and well designed house, we had everything for a relaxed stay. Heating is a wonderful option for the summer'2025 ☺️ The territory is large and well maintained, it's a beautiful place. Free parking on-site, BBQ facilities, 5-7 minutes on foot to the nearest food shop (Citro) and fish market.

Calm place in the forest. Lodges are very new, so everything is nice and tidy. Interior is very cozy, beds are comfortable, facilities are great. Every lodge has a private terrace with a grill, and there's also a possibility to have sauna or hot tub. Nice beach within a walking distance. Exceptional place, very recommended

Clean, good place, all required utensils and kitchen, bathroom tools are in place. There is a dishwashing machine and required chemicals (ecological), washing machine with washing liquid. Place for parking the car. Everything was great. Beds are good too - everyones slept very well. Sea is one min away. Restaurants can be reached by foot (1 min to Ukrainian restaurant) or by bike (~1.5km away). Small supermarket is app 1.3km away.

    Well equipped cabin, you can find anything you would need during stay. Comfortable, clean beds and sofa. Owners are very nice and caring. Place is dog friendly. We stayed in winter and were not disappointed about heating- cabin has a nice fireplace which manages to warm up entire place quickly. There is also electric heating option if needed, but for us fireplace was more than enough. Very quiet and calm location, the sea is 10min by foot. Great sauna area. Highly recommend 😊

    We chose to stay in this place during the "mom & daughter" hiking weekend along the sea side. This place has the best access to the sea side amongst all the oher possible accomodations in that area. The host is incredibly welcoming and you MUST try the breakfast there! The cabin is very comfy and has everything for a great getaway from the city life.

    This is one of the best accommodations I have had the opportunity to stay in during the dozen or so years of using Booking. Well equipped, clean. It looks even better than in the photos. The proximity to the sea is a great advantage and the beautiful nature of Courland in general.

    Favorite spot to visit - Engure lake nature park, where you can see wild cows and horses. Very nice beaches in the city with children playground, changing cabins. City center beach has 2 bars. Engure city very quiet, has several cafe/restaurant to choose from, very nice bakery for breakfast or just to grab something with you. Very nice park with statues and playground for kids.

    The sauna was highlight.

    The sauna was highlight. Wood burning, hot, and everything you need to treat yourself. For hot bodies like me, use of the sauna hat is great! For food, I grilled chicken. I picked this place because it offered my lady and I some privacy. It would be real good for a larger group too!

    Klapkalnciems it is a small village with a calm and measured life. The inhabitants of the village are very dear. Very beautiful nature in the vicinity. It may be necessary to improve the pedestrian and bicycle access areas to the bay.
