They also booked us an excursion. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice each day as well as a menu and buffet. We ate a few times at the restaurant across the road Bocasa which did the most amazing pizzas. The room was big and clean, housekeeping made the room up quickly while you were at breakfast. They replaced towels once a day and did turn down in the evening. The view from the room was brilliant and our balcony faced the front of the hotel so sitting on it with the few was perfect. The spa was relaxing and the sauna and steam once turned on were lovely. We had massages and facials which were both great. There were towels provided at the poolside. The hotel grounds are small but convenient and well thought out. My room was very nice, and the view from the balcony was amazing. It was literally just a couple of minutes to the beach, and the beach was very great too. The food was good – the selection wasn’t very large, but everything was tasty and healthy. Enetertainment provided every day mainly for french people but it was still good. (Potoon, beach games, dance, streching and relaxing joga on the rooftop etc) Food was excellent and tasty, their pizza is fabulous. The staff was super nice, and the hotel provides tours, I recomend it. If you prefer to go yourself, rent a scooter, the roads are exteemly narrow, ferry from Kamanari only 5€ for a pickup. Beautiful old town, essential to take a boat trip along the bay to view the majestic mountains. The cable car is also a great activity, not only do you get a view of Kotor Bay but when you get to the top there is a lot to explore. The roads are very busy so it takes a while to get around. Essential to book a taxi before you arrive at the airport as the taxis from there are very expensive. Absolutely amazing scenery. We enjoyed the size of the resort, small enough to walk around with lots of small shingle beaches where it was easy to enter the sea for safe swimming. The grocery shops were well stocked with reasonably priced fresh produce. A good variety of boat trips were available. The local transport was somewhat problematic with no proper timetables even online. A very small peaceful place in the Kotor Bay. We were there in August and there was no public events, parties, or other entertaining options. You have only few local stores, a bakery, few restaurants, and a beach to enjoy. The only road leading through Prcanj is pretty very stressful to drive it. It is very narrow and windy with blind corners and yes, count with many stops and much longer ride because of busy traffic. Good self catering apartment equipped with basic kitchen utensils for cooking. Would be helpful to have some necessities such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, which guests staying only a few nights as we did, are unlikely to purchase. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms means the apartment would be particularly good value when shared between more than one family. Good base for exploring Boka Bay, though there are options closer to Kotor if this is your main reason for visiting. All in all we found the apartment a great base for our short trip. The pool area was lovely with sensational views. We would have liked to know that there was no cafe/ bar on site however, as the photos showed, as this was part of the reason we chose this particular apartment. During the day we ate at Tramontana Beach Bar which was lovely - a bonus was the children’s play area. We had a day out exploring Boka Bay with a private hire boat company - Taxi Boat 65. We found this to be an excellent way to make the most of our short time there and our skipper to be very knowledgeable and informative. On this day we ate at Ribarsko selo - a fish/ seafood restaurant accessed by boat. The setting was beautiful and the food wonderful. You do need to book ahead.Guest review bySamanthaSerbia
