I had a pleasure staying at this hotel. I was impressed every aspect of my experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with any request. The location was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has prime location in the old town. The rooms had good air conditioning and a lot of space. Clean and very nice. The service was impeccable with the hostess asking us several times if we needed anything else and providing us with everything we needed. The hotel restaurant is situated overlooking the town and sea. Our waiter was quite entertaining and I think the kids learned more about 20th century European history from him than they have in school.

We arrived at the hotel very tired as we had traveled from Tivat Airport. Upon arrival, we discovered that paying by card would cost slightly more, so it's good to have cash if you want to pay the exact amount stated on Booking.com. Initially, we encountered an issue with hot water but decided to resolve it the following day. Meanwhile, I contacted Booking.com's customer service to cancel our reservation, but the hotel owner sorted everything out the next day. Despite the initial issues, our stay turned out to be one of the best experiences we've had, and we’ve traveled quite a bit. The staff were perfect, and although the breakfast selection wasn't vast, everything was fresh and delicious—just enough to satisfy us. The cleanliness was impeccable, and during our last days, we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves, including the pool, which was cozy and clean. Food and cocktail prices were quite reasonable. I owe the hotel an apology for trying to cancel the reservation and simultaneously want to express my gratitude for such a wonderful stay. It's a family-run business, and I can guarantee that these people are genuinely committed. I wish them all the best and hope they will always have plenty of guests.
