If you want a chill environment, beautiful garden view, excellent local breakfast and the most hospitality in your stay then Chillax is for you. This group of folks have such passion in helping you enjoy your stay. My experience went something like this..... I was greeted at the boat dock by a golf cart ride to Chillax as I entered through the gate I was at aww with the beautiful garden flowers, plants, trees. I sat down to a delicious coconut beverage while I was given the details of the guest house and a private escort to the beach just so I knew where to go when the time came for a beach day. Simply amazing experience here. The island is quiet and relaxing, I had some hiccups on my last day because of my employers website for travel was not working. The Manager of chillax was so quick to tell me that everything will be fine and that I could infact stay one more night in the same room that I had booked for the last two nights. It was kind of a big deal for me because I had to stay one more night or find something else on the island. I had previously been in India for 1 week prior and I really needed to wash my laundry, without hesitation they offered there service of laundry to me with no charge, I was shocked. When people think of Maldives they think expensive, that's not at all the case. With the price I paid I felt like it was an over the top experience and I wish that everyone could find out for themselves. Thank you Chillax for everything.

This hotel felt like a home away from home. The guesthouse had a relaxing atmosphere The staff were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. Room is very clean. Tea and coffee available 24 hours. Beautiful beach is walking distance(5-10 min walk)Both check-in and check-out ( transfer from/to airport by boat) were professionally handled and easy. We stayed at the ARIA BEACH hotel in April, we really liked everything, the breakfasts were delicious and varied, the staff was caring and friendly. The rooms are new and clean. The hotel has a freshwater pool. This hotel is organized according to the eco-friendly concept. The walls in the recreation area are decorated with plants and flowers. The first line of the beach is like a resort, a very beautiful reef with sharks and turtles. I recommend 100%

    We have absolutely loved everything at Constance Moofushi! It was our first time in the Maldives and after a long research, we chose Constance Moofushi for our honeymoon. The island is small, but beautiful. The house reef is just a short swim away and is full of colourful marine life. We even saw baby sharks and eagle rays during our walks to / from our room! The food was great, we loved both the Manta restaurant and Alizee - Manta is the buffet and has a different theme each dinner, while Alizee is more upscale dining, but we really enjoyed both types of food. At Manta there was always a huge selection of different food to choose from, so we always left dinner very happy! My advice is to do some of the activities offered by the diving centre - the guys at the diving centre were so friendly and truly great. We enjoyed the snorkeling extravaganza tour, dolphin adventure and the nurse sharks trip the most. We also booked one dive, after which we decided to do the PADI open water license! Our instructor Gaia was great and very patient. If you're on a honeymoon, or even if you're just traveling as a couple, there are many couple activities you can book. We did Cinefushi, the moonlight dinner and the sunset sailing Dhoni, they were both so nice and added some romantic time to our stay. We also had some couple massages at the spa - Prajin was so nice to us and is a great yoga teacher as well. The masseuses were very good, we enjoyed our massages a lot! The staff was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and didn't need anything. Every single staff member was kind and helped us in any way possible. We particularly enjoyed seeing the staff looking relaxed and having time to chat with us sometimes, without having to stressfully run to other customers. Special thanks to Hishan, Sinaz, Luthi and the pastry chef! Kudos to the management for taking care of their employees. St.

    The Real Paradise We will hardly be able to choose the right words to describe the great pleasure of the moments experienced in this exclusive resort. Starting from our arrival at Male airport - everything was so well organized and everyone was so attentive and polite, we were treated as if we were very special guests. Sincere thanks to the entire team of the resort, every single one of them. You were all truly fantastic, exceptional professionals, the best in the world and we are not exaggerating what we are saying, we have traveled the world, but we have never had such a great service before. You all carry extraordinary hearts and souls, none of your smiles were fake, each of you never failed to smile and greet us at least once if not several times a day. You guys are amazing, thank you for caring and being who you are. Regarding the resort and the nature around it, what can we say, paradise also exists on earth. Special greetings to our friend Jayadeva who took such good care of the cleanliness of our vila pool, to Shakir who every morning and evening took care of our comfort during breakfast and dinner, and the kind and ever smiling lady who was greeting us at the entrance of the restaurant (sorry we do not know her name). Thank you to the restaurant manager Mohamed Rasheed and the receptionist Imma who were exceptional professionals. Also great thank you to the front desk manager who gave us one of the best villas and arranged the nice set up for our Anniversary and never stopped asking us, if he can do anything else to make our stay even more pleasant and memorable, amazing professional. The cleanliness in our phenomenal villa 83 was impeccable, thank you to the person who was responsible for this. You really made us feel at home.     Amazing accommodating staff. Each beach villa has its own private beach!! An experience not available in most of the resorts in Maldives. The villa has universal power outlets. We came on a early morning flight and the staff at the airport immediately guided us to the seaplane. We reach the resort pretty early around 7:00 a.m.. The staff greeted us warmly. And we were given early check-in as luckily they were available rooms at that time. But it was very courteous of them. The resort is a small one but exactly what we wanted. An experience of living with our own private beach which we could have all to ourselves! There may not be too many activities but we knew that already. Just experience in itself of the unique rooms in the resort with private beaches is amazing and we did not see in other resorts before. The villas are separated by trees and plants which are dense enough to give the freedom and privacy that we wanted. We were supposed to go to another resort and Nika staff arrange everything for us and coordinated with the other resort. They even gave us late check out luckily because of availability. The resort is very accommodating to the needs of the guests. We would specifically want to thank Mr Hussain at reception, our room boy Mr Anees and personal waiter Mr Nadheem. We stayed here for 3 days. Just wish we had stayed another day or two

    This was our second time visiting Veligandu, and it still exceeded all of our expectations!! The resort is relaxing, quiet, and luxurious!! We love walking through the lush garden pathways leading to the restaurant . The house reef has a huge variety of reef fish as well as turtles, reef sharks, and rays. Snorkelling was very relaxing! We stayed in the sunrise water Villa this time and this suits us best as we could then sit on the back deck over the water in the shade in the afternoon. The sunrises were beautiful! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to our host Shaalee for looking after us so well and accommodating all of our requests. Dhonveli Restaurant has a fantastic buffet selection catering for dietary needs and various cuisine. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Thank you to chef Suresh for cooking me the perfect eggs every morning! A special thank you to Shayan who was very thoughtful, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. We loved our daily chats with you! Thank you, Veligandu. We felt very special and spoilt and look forward to returning one day :)

    The staff was very helpful and accommodating.     Beautiful room with a nice view, wonderful food, very kind staff, good drinks... it was really a dream! We did diving with a school which is directly on the Lilly Beach island & I highly recommend them!

    An amazing snorkelling beach -no boats or travel required -just thousands of colourful fish and turtles, perfect white sand and palm trees. The concession stand sold delicious, fresh-picked fruit-watermelon, papaya, bananas. We loved the Coccoa beach restaurant and the Black Anchor and the Mango House had fabulous lattes and desserts.

    Dhigurah is a beautiful island with a long sandy beach, without sunbeds and umbrellas, the palm trees lining the island will provide you with sufficient shade. At the end of the island there is a sandbank, which can be reached by walking, cycling or scooter through the tropical forest. There are several shops with groceries, souvenirs and restaurants on the island. There is a lot of accommodation in different places on the island with quality services. The local people are smiling and friendly. There is a hospital, a police station, the Maldivian office and mosques on the island. Waste from the island is taken to the forest, where it is burned in the afternoon, we only felt the smoke from the waste when there was a strong wind. You can get to the island from the airport by speedboat, the journey takes about two hours, if you suffer from nausea, I recommend taking anti-nausea medicine, you will definitely need it when the waves are bigger. There is a coral reef around the island, you can see many colorful fish, we were lucky to see a turtle and a small shark. There are resorts on the surrounding atolls, to which seaplanes fly daily. What we didn't like on the island is the massive construction of new accommodation facilities, I'm afraid that in a short time, there will be more tourists on the island than locals and the island will lose its authenticity and beauty.

    Great Island, plenty to do and good snorkelling straight off Villa. Food, people and facilitiies were great - cannot fault. Deluxe water villas were a bit tired and really need a refurbishment - other than that great time in Kuramathi...

    We enjoyed 7 days on the island. The rooms are very clean. The food is AMAZING! Everyone from staff are kind. The resort is sustainable, they try very hard to recycle and repurpose almost everything which is really nice. All inclusive is the smarter choice, trust me😄 The snorkeling is really fun! The whole island stands on coral reef and there is a lot to see! Maybe bring your own equipment, although you can rent. I don’t recommend the visit to the local island, nothing to see there We absolutely recommend

    I didn't like that the island lost most of it's green and I didn't see the wild nature I prefer. There was a lot of construction going on the moment I was there, I felt discomfort because of that. And maybe in 1-2 years it's going to be over I think. But on the other hand there's just amazing diving on the house reef and nearby reefs. There's a lot of nice restaurants and there was no day I felt bored.

    It was not my first time in Maldives and my experience there was disappointing compared to my previous trips in other resorts. The quality of service is poor and it’s a shame because the resort is lovely and the staff are nice but lack professionalism.

    Great for diving but not so great for snorkeling. The reef is very far out and at times the current was very strong. Prices for trips to see the whale sharks were quite expensive at 75 USD. And there were tons of other boats at the same spots - very zoo-like. Bikini beach, the only beach you can swim at in only your bathing suit is fairly shallow and windy. The better beach beside it requires you to be clothed. However, the local people are super nice and helpful.

    You need maximum 3 days to complete all trips, any more than that would have to be someone who loves water sports as these are the main activities in this country, anyways. Bring a mosquito or any insect repellent, you will need these after a stroll on the shores or anywhere there are plants. Also have an anti-nausea pill if you are the seasick type. Taxis have a fixed price for each location, check that out. Alcohol in the resorts is expensive but then again that's all you got. Best to pay all meals or include dinner in your package as there are almost no restaurants outside, depending on the island, and if you find one it's either a chips or coffee spots.

    A Wonderful Beach Holiday.

    A Wonderful Beach Holiday. Necessary structure: shops and cafes are available. The ability to pay with a bank card, as well as in cash (USD, MVR). Good exchange rate in all places. I was pleased with both Mathiveri and Mathiveri Finholu: the beaches are clean, the sand does not burn your feet, and there is a comfortable "coolness" in the shade of the trees.

    This resort is a nice isolated intimate island, staff is very kind and welcoming, rooms are nice, clean. tidy and spacious, well equipped and services twice a day. Food is mediocre. Activities and attractions are limited - scuba diving is great, the rest of the excursions and watersports are below average and highly priced for the what you get. Our overall conclusion is "insufficient value for money" I have rated it as 4/5 because we've enjoyed our time, but almost any spot at the Maldives is enjoyable with no much effort required from the resort
