This hotel is by far my best experience in the Maldives. Everything was well thought, smooth and centered around genuine connection. All the staff members without exception are super welcoming and always attentive, from the booking to the transfer to the actual stay. It gives the unique atmosphere of being at home. They have organized everything so smoothly. The hotel activities and excursions are custom made and offer a private and privileged experience. The crew knows the area by heart and gives so many insights on the wildlife. The rooms are very spacious, super clean and with amazing views. The breakfast changes everyday and is very fresh. The hotel restaurant is also amazing and very affordable. The private beach is the best of the island and the reef is very vivid for snorkeling. Overall, the experience is unforgettable and gives the perfect blend of local but also soothing.

Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. Whether organizing activities or sharing insights about local life, his passion for hospitality truly shone through. Every meal was a masterpiece, combining fresh local ingredients with remarkable skill and creativity. From mouthwatering Maldivian delicacies to innovative international dishes, each bite was a treat. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the Maldives, and I looked forward to every meal during my stay. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. Its location on Dharavandhoo is ideal for exploring the stunning beauty of Baa Atoll, from its pristine beaches to the incredible underwater world of Hanifaru Bay. Bageecha Stay is a shining example of what guesthouses in the Maldives should strive to be. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic, warm, and unforgettable Maldivian experience. The rooms are just as beautiful as shown in pictures and also provide a yoga mat and a beach bag. The whole building feels really spacious, bright and open and has its own Bikini beach area right in front, where you can just hang out or go snorkeling or stand up paddling. You get daily updates about weather, tides and activities. Even if the island is really remote and luckily not touristy, you can pretty much do any activity like snorkeling trips, fishing trips, dolphin cruise etc, all carefully prepared and done by the owner Ismail himself. On top of that there were complimentary activities done by Ismail such as house reef snorkeling and short thematic walks, so you could truly get to know the island and Maldivian culture. The island itself is also just super beautiful. With only a small village, half of the island is pretty green jungle and the bikini beach area spans across a wide part of the island. You cannot walk all around the isla nd, which makes it perfect to have nice little isolated beach areas to yourself. Also the house reef of the island is amazing with so many different fish - it’s just a dream for snorkeling. If you are lucky you can even see Manta rays right from the beach or from the SUP. What really makes this place special is the people who go above and beyond so that you can have your perfect holiday - from fresh coconut right from the tree or amazing chai tea, to organizing trips that are not regularly offered. We had such an incredible stay!!! The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive and helpful all the time. We went manta snorkelling most of the time. The beach in front of the hotel is also great to jump and have a swim with the snorkel. Great bed and good breakfast (we even had Maldivian food!!!). We'll come back for sure! Its a great place with a good location. Guys were truly helpful with transfer and everything we should know about the island. Furthermore, they have a scuba diving point where you may get the gear. The room was nice and cosy and the smell inside is so fresh. In addition, I would like to notice that the restroom is perfect, because it has a cute tropical shower and some plants inside. Looks stunning. I'm higly recommending this place. Would like to visit again oneday

This hotel is right on the beautiful beach, with easy access to the bikini beach side. The house reef is just steps away from the hotel and was incredible for snorkeling. We also watched dolphins from the beach both mornings we stayed and the excursions we booked through Thundi were really good. We swam with dolphins, manta rays and turtles - absolutely unforgettable experience! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, Nazyh was always there to help with anything we wanted and even got on our 4.30am boat with us to take us to the domestic airport. The room itself was also very nice with a large comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made the Maldives even more special for us than it already was. We are already planning our return visit to Thundi Village ☺️

we liked absolutely everything, very warm welcome, wonderful cook, wonderful Naeem, I apologize in advance if I wrote the name incorrectly. they helped with any issue. we remember our vacation with great joy. now, what does not apply to the hotel, the island is beautiful, the locals are very friendly, there are several restaurants, the ocean is amazing. on the last day dolphins swam, a lot of them. in general, delight!
