Good in all ways! Nice decoration, fantastic staff, very kind, customer oriented, and meets you with a smile! Extra thanks to Anjelina! The hotel has a nice environment with beautiful beach, pool, lounge feeling at the beach with nice music. Beautiful sunsets and the food was very good. Both breakfast and dinner. In total we could not have had a better stay than this!

I had a room with balcony and sea view and highly recommended. You can sleep with the sound of the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets. They clean the room every day and provide fresh towels for the beach. Staff is very kind and supportive. The double bed is big. You have also big wardrobe and fridge which is very useful. They respond on WhatsApp which helps and arrange also the speed boat. You also have sunbeds you can use for free at the private beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Avyanna Hotel on Gulhi! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent—flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully served. Every meal felt like it was made with care. The hotel was clean, cozy, and just a short walk from the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warm atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Maldives—we would definitely stay here again!

    The resort is 15 mins travel by boat from the airport which is very convenient. We booked for the sunset water pool villa with private pool and jacuzzi and it's just perfect. The room is neat and clean, spacious and good for snorkeling. We enjoyed the private pool, we've read some comments before that it's small but we really think it's just perfect for the size of the villa. We also had a wedding ceremony/Renewal of our vows and we couldn't be more pleased how it turned out perfectly. Thanks to all the employees who made it very memorable to us. We appreciated much all their effort. Adaaran Prestige is really the top from all the private resorts we have been to. All their employees from the spa and restaurants are very polite and friendly. (we went for a massage twice, it was very good and worth the price) Mr. Anthony is very professional. He coordinated everything well our wedding ceremony and he always makes sure that we would always get the best experience to enjoy our whole stay in the resort. Thank you so much also to our personal butler, Ajay. He is such a genuine and nice person making sure that he arranges and provides all our needs. Thank you to you and to that other lady for capturing our priceless moments during our wedding ceremony. We loved all the photos. Thank you also to the cleaner of our villa for the wonderful decoration in our villa on the day of our Wedding. He makes sure also that our villa is always neat and clean. We tried all the 3 restaurants, have less varieties but it was totally fine. It was also lovely to spend time at the bar every night after dinner and have some drinks and enjoy the music. We stayed for five days and we wanted to have more. if we ever go back to Maldives again, we would definitely choose Adaaran Prestige Vadoo again. Thank you so much again for making our whole stay enjoyable and unforgettable. We are beyond grateful for your dedication and excellent service!

    My feedback is comprehensive, the hotel really deserves it. We came to this amazing paradise from another Maldives island. To our surprise, a ship was waiting for us and I hope not for long. The reception on the island was very warmhearted, everyone were lined up for the reception by the dock. Suitcases move unnoticed directly from the ship to your rooms – you can just rest on the couch and the entire check-in procedure is done for you. All you have to do is sign documents and enjoy a free welcome drink. We were helped by Hanna, who also accompanied us to the room with a bag, making a tour of the entire territory beforehand and talking about everything in depth. Later she sent us all the information about the prices. Hanna, you are very cheerful, bright-eyed, and helpful, thank you, and take care! One incident happened to us, which was prompted by my wife's health condition. The help we got was astonishing. We were helped by Muhammad, the doctor of the Clinic located in the hotel, who was very helpful and calmed us down, doing it for the following days as well, and all this for free. His assistants Monisha and Sanzana (sorry if the names are not correct) were also very sweet and supportive. Since the incident took place in a restaurant, we were also deeply impressed by the behavior of the restaurant manager, who came to the clinic to find out how we were feeling and how he could help us. Even though we didn't need anything, he sent a very big fruit basket to our room and treats for the child - free of charge. In the following days, he treated us as friends and was ready to fulfill each of our wishes - thank you, friendly Piush (sorry if the name is not quite right). Now to the most important person during our vacation ... our hero and god - Zaki !! Late at night when we were ready to leave the island and get on the ship to leave, we received a message that our return flight had been canceled.

    Our stay at Arena Beach Resort was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was because of Reena, who made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, Reena greeted us with a warm smile and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, pristine beaches, and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The infinity pool on level 10 was a highlight—it offered amazing views of the ocean and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hospitality at Arena was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They collected us from the port and dropped us off at the resort in a golf buggy, which made our arrival and departure so easy and convenient. We left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the warmth and kindness we experienced.     This was our 3rd return to Bandos Resort. The perfect location, the excellent house reef and the hospitality of the staff are the reasons we keep returning. This resort is excellently managed and it shows in every aspects. I would specially highlight the Sea Breeze staff and the Pool Bar staff as excellent professionals. Special applause to Aditye and Surej at the pool bar! Also I was really impressed how the wifi quality improved since our last visit. Now you could even watch movies online. Our accomodation was the Beach Villa. Good news to future travellers, that now all Beach Villas are finished with reconstruction, the quality, freshness of design is superb. The bed was extremely comfortable, I would rate it as the best ever I have experienced in a hotel. I had zero problem with my neck herniation during the whole stay of 10 days. View to ocean also got significantly better from these Villas, as renovation also included gardening renewal.

    First of all I would like to appreciate all the staff of kaani for their hospitality. Top notch. We stayed at kaani Beach hotel 103.108.109 from 15 to 18th. What a service. Start with the Mr Tiger, from male, incharge of the hotel. But he was everywhere from the receiving of the guest till we get dropped to the boat he was absolutely on every service we needed. God bless you my friend. The receptionist Suman from Nepal, absolutely amazing lady helped us through all the process to the booking and all the things we needed. Restaurent stuff, Aditya from nepal what an amazing personality and hospitality. Along with his team jowel, rony, anisur from Bangladesh. Provided us with the best private beach dinning experience we have ever experienced. The island tour guides' boat mans were amazing through out the trips. Thanks kaani team.     Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

    Everything was perfect and we could do everything inside the island. All the staff were very friendly and gave good support. There is a good variety of food in the buffet, specially different types of Asian cuisine.

    Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

    One of the most beautiful places in the world.

    One of the most beautiful places in the world. Wherever you look, you'll find postcard worthy landscape. The ocean was very clean, ideal for snorkling and apparently it was a good spot for surfing as well. All in all, a must see.

    Hulhumale despite being busy like the rest of Male has an airy feel to it with lots of greenery - almost colonial. The East side is quiet for traffic although it's close to the seaplane flight paths - I didn't find that intrusive. The West side has the harbour with the ferry terminal and where the liveaboards anchor between trips. When I was there there had been a lot of recent building work so I would avoid staying there. Lots of options for buying fresh fruit and vegentables if you need and a range of places to eat at different price ranges.

    I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!

    We LOVED Dhiffushi!

    We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

    I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in...

    I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement. The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)! Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!). I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive! Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus. Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

    It is a really peaceful island with a really nice beach. Beach has almost that resort level quality to it. Island is small, so besides water activities or some excursions, there is not much to do, so for some travelers it might get boring.

    Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !

    We only had 4 days and picked Huraa because it is close to the airport. A very bad choice. The island is absolutely not nice, full of trash, nothing is taken care of, even the bikini beach was a huge disappointment, dirty, broken sunbeds, only 6 umbrellas. No cafes, restaurants anywhere. The only nice place on the entire island is the Pearl Sands. It is a hotel, but you can pay a daypass to use their beautiful private beach including a very a good lunch. That place saved our vacation.

    Airport help desk doesn't know anything about Himmafushi. It was tough to manage a boat to Himmafushi from the airport. However, the beach was nice. I enjoyed the scene of small fishes near around the beach.
