On the first day of Kathmandu in the city bus I was stolen money from my poshest. Until that time I had thought that Nepali were honest and diligent. So that I didn’t pay attention to things like having my money stolen on the bus. On the last day the airport was closed because of the strike, so I had to reschedule my ticket and stay in hotel one night more The city is so dusty and lots of rubbish. However, I like the old cultural constructions and festivals.Guest review byChihokuJapan - 10.0
I find Pokhara to be one of the best places for a vacation.
I find Pokhara to be one of the best places for a vacation. The city offers a wide range of accommodations—from budget lodges and mid-range hotels to luxurious five-star resorts. Its scenic beauty, cleanliness, diverse and delicious food options, welcoming culture, and strong sense of safety make it truly special. There are plenty of vacation activities to enjoy, and the surrounding hills offer excellent opportunities for both short and long hikes. Pokhara is perhaps one of the few cities where you can take in the stunning views of serene lakes, lush green hills, and majestic snow-clad mountains—all standing right before you. I come here often for my holidays, and each time leaves me wanting more. I love returning again and again.Guest review byRajeshNepal - 10.0

We spent two nights here in a beautiful setting – highly recommended to everyone! Everything was clean, peaceful, and calm. Despite our delay, the owner waited for us until midnight, helped us with the check-in, and arranged everything we needed for the trek and our visit to the national park. Wonderful people – always helpful and kind. Once again, thank you for the lovely time we had at your place – we’d be happy to stay again. Wishing you all the best... namaste!Guest review byMiroslavCzech Republic - 10.0
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum.
"Staying in Patan was like living inside a museum. The blend of ancient temples, artisan workshops, and cozy cafes made every walk special. Patan Durbar Square is breathtaking, especially in the early morning light. It’s less crowded than Kathmandu, yet full of life and charm. A must-visitGuest review byumit - 10.0
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem!
Bhaktapur – A Timeless Heritage Gem! Bhaktapur is an absolute must-visit for anyone traveling to Nepal. This ancient city is like stepping into a living museum, with its well-preserved temples, intricate wood carvings, and stunning courtyards. The Durbar Square is a highlight, showcasing breathtaking architecture and rich history. Walking through the narrow alleys, you’ll find traditional pottery, local crafts, and delicious Newari cuisine—don’t miss the famous Juju Dhau (King Curd)! Unlike the hustle of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur offers a peaceful and immersive experience, making it perfect for history lovers and culture enthusiasts. The city's charm, warmth, and timeless beauty make it one of Nepal’s best destinations. Highly recommended!Guest review byAnandNepal - 10.0

Bandipur was unexpectedly the highlight of our trip to Nepal! I'd come back here in a flash. It was built on the human scale, the people seemed very happy, and noise and exhaust were a bare minimum.Guest review bybryanUnited States - 10.0

You have to say No!
You have to say No! Everyone wants you to buy from them but they are used to being rejected. There are some people wanting to talk to you, often wanting to show you their workplaces etc so they can lure you in to buy their wares. Conversations always start with Hello sir/madam. Which country are you from? However, lovely people and a lo ely place, full of history and religious beliefs.Guest review byColinNew Zealand - 10.0
Pokhara was excellent!
Pokhara was excellent! I had the chance to participate in a local wedding, which gave me a real understanding of Nepali traditions and customs. I visited beautiful places like the World Peace Stupa, Begnas Lake, Phewa Lake, the Old Bazaar, and the New Bazaar. For food and atmosphere, I enjoyed Open House Restro & Lounge Bar by the lakeside. Getting around was easy, and for solo travellers there’s so much to do – from exploring temples and bazaars to relaxing by the lake or hiking to viewpoints.Guest review byFlorinaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We had such an awesome visit to Chitwan, made even better by our stay at this hotel. Such friendly and helpful service throughout. We organised all our safaris through the hotel (which included lunch) if it was a full day, this was very handy. Often we’d be tired after the long day out on safari (lucky enough to see lots of beautiful birds and rhinos). Facilities were good, bed very comfortable and nice hot shower. We ate a lot at the hotel which was very tasty. Fresh produce! Most guests seem to be getting involved with the safaris so are up early this can mean it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, which didn’t phase us.Guest review byEstherUnited Kingdom
