We loved everything about our stay, especially the high quality of customer service. Everyone was smiling, welcoming, and greeted us warmly. When we checked in,Nazaret provided all the information smoothly. Thank you, Nazaret ! It was my partner's birthday, and I wanted to surprise him. Hereza took care of everything and helped me with every detail. Her quick responses were much appreciated. It was an amazing stay. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again!!

Location is great with only 10-min walk to the city center where everything is located. The girl at reception is kind enough to arrange late check out for us as my hubby has some work to do in the morning. Also love the idea of $10 credit per night if you choose not to clean your room (for >1 night stay only). Breakfast is ordinary but food quality is ok.

This is a great base for hiking Aspiring National Park. It is worth hunting out the less popular tracks such as Juday Track and Sugarloaf Pass as wellas the popular multi-day hikes: Greenstone, Caples, Routeburn and Rees- Dart, all of which are great but busy.
