Guys, it's a jewel of Jebel Shams! One of the best stays. The house is new, very clean, with two spacious rooms, friendly host, and amazing views 360 around. Hot shower, comfy XXXXL size bed (I stayed in a room with 1 bed). The guys were extremely helpful guiding us and meeting us at the house, also we asked if they can do a tour in the morning, and it was a great experience: a nice traditional breakfast with coffee with a Grand Canyon view + a hike + a wadi riding. AMAZING. Highly recommend. The nature around there is something. Also, if you'll arrive early, you can ask to arrange a dinner with a million dollars sunset view. No kidding.

We had a wonderful stay! The host (Homeed) gave us a very warm welcome and was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. His hospitality was truly outstanding – nothing was too much to ask. The accommodation was well-equipped with thoughtful extras, such as a universal power adapter, which came in very handy. The location is great – easy to reach by car (no 4x4 needed) and only a 30-minute drive from the start of the Balcony Walk at Jebel Shams. There is a secure parking area behind a closed gate, which made us feel very safe. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner that was served. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation during my trip to Oman. The sunset views from the property were absolutely breathtaking, making each evening unforgettable. The room was spacious, and the entire place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. What really made our stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the host. Not only was the host incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but they also went out of their way to return a personal item we had accidentally left behind—delivering it to us even though we were far away. This was my first time visiting Oman, and thanks to the host, I was able to see just how warm, kind, and generous Omani people can be. I’m deeply grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect place for family or group that wants to stay close enough to Jabel Shams and the Balcony walk. You have planty of space, perfect sunset view just outside the house and goats for company. It is arou d 30 minutes drive from the Balcony walk. Close to the house is a small local coffee shop with good Omani sandwiches. Very friendly owner will bring you breakfast in the morning. I recommend this place.

This place is very nice. Our grand chalets were spacious, with nice view and very comfortable. In December it is very cold outside during night so we received additional heating to have a nice temprature inside. Location is very good, it is just few kilometers from the Balcony walk. If you arrive early, there is very nice kids playground. And I have to mention the dinner which was really good. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to see this part of Hajar mountains.
