The dome was well-equipped with modern amenities while still giving us a cozy, off-grid vibe. The panoramic mountain views from the large windows were breathtaking. Our host Fahad was exceptionally friendly , attentive and generous. Don’t miss the sunset balcony hike—it’s magical ! Also, pack warm clothing as it can get chilly at night. The food was delicious.. One of the highlights of our trip was our host Fahad, who went above and beyond by taking us to multiple sunrise viewpoints. Each spot was more breathtaking than the last, and witnessing the sun rise over the mountains was an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a unique, serene, and rejuvenating getaway, I can’t recommend this mountain dome enough. It’s the perfect escape for anyone who loves nature and wants to recharge in a stunning setting.

great location just 10min from the canyon rim. clean and well organised facilities. the isolation make it a special place, and a great sky to look at night. the staff was very nice and the food was really good. we did a beautify hike called balcony trail. magical place

Me and my girlfriend spent a night in this beatiful house. The house is very big and comfortable, it has got all the services you need, including a private parking. We asked for dinner and breakfast and the neighbors prepared typical Omani dishes for us, really good! The place is amazing, you are in Jabal Shams at 1900 meters on the sea level, the landscape is breathtaking and is near the beginning of the balcony walk hiking, a 5 km trekking that is wonderful because you walk on the edge of the amazing Wadi Ghul.

We were warmly welcomed by Ali and Amjad. The property was very clean and comfortable. There is a well-equiped kitchen. Bring sufficient food as the nearest shops are a 30 minute drive away. The road is very winding and night driving wouldn’t be advised. The guest house is a convenient 40 minute drive to the W6 Balcony Canyon Walk. The boy who is managing the house is fantastic. He managed for us also a very good dinner and breakfast. The rooms are new, very big and clean and the house is calm and peaceful. It is 10 min by car from the balcony walk W6 trek and 2 min by car from Jabal shams view point. I stayed here with my group (avventure nel mondo) and all the participants appreciated 🥰 very good place to stay

Absolutely wonderful location at the start of the W6 Balcony walk. This accommodation is exceptional in providing absolute privacy as it is a private dome tent at the up end of the road, secluded from other properties. The place has AC, comfortable bed, indoor and outdoor seating to watch sunrise, private bathroom, refrigerator and kettle to make tea or coffee, and there is a private parking. From the tent there is an amazing view on the W6 balcony walk and to the canyon/valley. The accommodation also offer amazing home-made cooked breakfast and dinner with an option to eat at nearby cafe or in the tent.
