Extremely, organized facility and reliable staff. When we arrived we are greeted and accompanied to our room by the owner/manager Ate Emma. The room that we availed was a family room with double deck and 1 matrimonial bed for an overnight stay. We were advised if we need additional beds its php.400 only and that includes breakfast. We added 2 beds beacause we are 7 in the family 5 kids 2 adults. Its getting late, so friends who knew that were nearby dropped in total of 11, the owner/manager just asked for an entrance fee of Php150 and said theh can just go home anytime. After we drank i went to sleep and left the tables and chairs cluttered. When we woke up the tables and chairs have been returned and the floors were mopped and the slippers have been arranged. You can ask amything from them to water, to cook rice for your entire family, to disposable cups, to additional chairs for the visitors. The staff even hand my kid a chocolate to get rid of my hangover. If you don't have means of transporation they have a contact person to fetch you and drop you off to your destination. I forgot to take pictures when we arrived because the place was so relaxing. So i would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. Worth the stay. Was very Bad Room, super Tiny, walls squeezing the bed, like you sleep in a box. and bathroom can not close door unless you go on top of seat.. and to go into shower must go on top of toilet seat first, close the door then shower. and to go out must do same again. as it is way too small and no way 2 people can fit inside bathroom area. also air-conditioning was not good. the TV receiver remote was cracked and sometimes operate and many times do not operate.Guest review bySmartGroupPhilippines - 10.0

The residence was next door to Enchanted Kingdom. Places for shopping not far. Santa Rosa is a developing community and growing city. Transportation is somewhat limited to parts of the city and more modernized. SM City Mall, Robinsons, Walter Mart, Nuvali Outlet Mall, Ayala Mall. San Pablo City is a place I am very familiar with and previously rented a house there for 90 days. I know where everything is. The large lake is above downtown and has a 3.7 kilometer waterfront road encircling it. Whether it be daytime or evening the ambiance is romantic and enticing with many street food vendors. Downtown's humungous indoor market has hundreds of clothing, seamstresses, food, hardware vendors. The town's inhabitants are friendly and courteous. Many 7/11s exist as well as banks and various fast food establishments and local cuisine. Doctor's Hospital is neat, clean, and friendly to visitors.Guest review byStephenUnited States
