EstoniaWe were traveling with the family to Czech republic - parents and 3 children (12, 10, 7) and it was excellent place to stay overnight. But it is really suitable to stay longer too - it has all you need for cooking, doing laundry etc. It was quiet at night and our children were happy about play grounds and open air gym. The shopping center is also very close and there is a big slide :)

Beautiful nature, great lakeside views. Slightly underdeveloped, with little information available hence one has to explore and discover. Perfect for watersports, with plenty of options available (but you have to explore yourself ...). Sejny is a small town in the podlaskie region, surrounded by fields, lakes and forests. It is worth visiting for its local charm, and landmarks, such a White Synagogue, run by Pogranicze Foundation, (which also runs the nearby Dworek Miłosza in Krasnogruda). As it islocated at the Polish-Lithuanian borderland, in the the shops and in restaurants (such as Dom Litewski), you can find Lithuanian and Polish specialities, such as regional cheeses, meats, and liquors. We didn't go beyond the accomodation complex but that had several activities available anyway. You could purchase a fire pit evening, go fishing, go swimming in the lake and I'm sure there would be more available if you wanted. Hotel is located by a lake in a quiet wooded area. The interior of the hotel is really beautiful. Room and all the public spaces were very clean. Room was spacious and well equipped with a kettle and coffee maker etc. Pool area was nice and cozy. Staff was very friendly. A very nice city situated on 3 lakes with tour boats to take you on a nice trip on those lakes. I pretty much ate my meals at the Pensjonat Zagielek where I was staying as their restaurant serves delicious meals. They even have daily specials a few days of the week. It is an easy walk or drive to the downtown area with mostly flat ground. A very scenic city. Well marked road signs for getting back onto highways .Guest review byMichaelMexico
