Super nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is amazing: cozy, friendly, comfortable. Breakfast was a perfect start of the day: delicious and accompanied by a nice chat with the chef. Really nice experience to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, serving gourmand fondue and raclette. The lift in the hotel was also very convenient to use with our luggage.

We loved everything about our stay - the guesthouse is situated in a lovely area in Cirque de Cilaos, making it a great base for hiking nearby. Our hosts were the most welcoming - we especially enjoyed eating home cooked dinner with them and the other guests. The room was spacious and well equipped. We also liked the common areas, like the terrace. Everything was quiet - it was great for relaxing after hiking.

Everything was amazing! We were able to use the BBQ outside and some wood! Was very cozy and nice especially the jacuzzi!
