The personnel was polite, the location was perfect in the city center, breakfast was very good. We had a suite with a nice view at the Palace. The kid received complimentary kid products. Lunch in the restaurant was good also. Very close to Palas Mall. We appreciated very much the pool’s programe… untill 22.00 !!

I know its a stock answer but we liked everything. It started with the location and ease of off-street, secure parking. The staff welcomed us warmly and quickly had us settled into our room. Our room was very spacious, sparkling clean, with more than 3 star features and amenities - in-room kettle, iron and ironing board, generous storage space etc. The breakfast was outstanding with superbly presented dishes. Here is why I rated this property so highly. My wife has a breakfast routine comprising of a black tea with a slice of lemon - it is one of her morning, 'start the day' pleasures. At this property, they offered a multitude of teas but none were black tea - yes I understand this is a privileged mentality but that is how she likes to start her day. My wife asked a staff member who was busy cleaning and refreshing the dishes if they had any black tea with lemon. The staff member with a big smile, stopped her work and found my wife both the black tea and the lemon. It was a simple gesture but one that was greatly appreciated and it shows the genuine service-orientation, the staff have. Every interaction with staff members was pleasant, positive and helpful. The reception staff guided us to one of the best meals we had eaten in Romania. They provided guidance on where and what to visit during our short stay. This property deserves far more than a 3 star rating.

    The centre if Iasi is a beautiful city.

    The centre if Iasi is a beautiful city. Its like any city really with the good and bad areas. I expected a different city as we hear so much about corruption and prostitution in Romania yet I seen none of this, nothing. I found the people however very cold. In shops and restaurants especially people were cold distance and rarely smiled. I found this hard. I goggled it and the findings state this is normal and that romanians wont let their barrier down with strangers. I found it hard. As a result of that I wouldnt be in any rush to go back.

    Amazing city with lots of things to do.

    Amazing city with lots of things to do. Iasi is so cultural and yet so modern and grand and beautiful and safe even late at night. Great restaurants and clubs with music you can dance. Great shops and theatre and gardens and opera and even free concerts and events.

    Polus Mall Area and Copou Area.

    Polus Mall Area and Copou Area. I've tried menus from Veranda Terrace and recommend this location. It is easy to get around as there are multiple public transport means. Visiting museums and churches is one of the great activities for me.
