Very nice and polite staff, really helpful, great people, Even I asked the nice and beautiful reception lady to extend our check out and when she checked availability, she accepted with open arms. It was our anniversary so I chose the small celebration package and they had also added a cake on top as a gift and the decor, champagne were amazing. Thank you all for this great experience.

Great location on the lake. It is not “in town” in Bled but a little out of town. However this was a plus as the town was so busy and crowded. There is a great restaurant and a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel as well as a rowboat rental so we didn’t ever feel like we needed to go to town.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very delicious, the room was comfortable. We had to use the air conditioner as well, and it worked fine. We hadva great stay there :)
