We booked the most basic room type and it was much more spacious and equipped than expected, and very silent (no noise from the corridor or other rooms). We felt very comfortable. The staff at the reception was polite and helpful. Breakfast was buffet with plenty of options, including some local produce. We didn’t go to the Aquapark (too tired) but we would consider coming back and using it!

We had a room with an amazing lake and mountain view with 1 minute walk from the bridge. There is a parking for the guests. Breakfasts and dinners(with unlimited wine) are nice. Swimming pool and Spa are also very nice. There are plenty hiking in the 10-20 mins drive distances. We enjoyed our staying, thank you!

The hotel was full during our stay, but it was not noticeable at all because everything was quiet and tidy, and the guests we saw were very polite. The staff is very friendly.     What a find! Perfectly positioned near the spectacular Bohinj lake and Vogel resort, close to supermarket, info centre and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean, two huge comfortable beds, large and beautifully designed bathroom, oven, kettle, toaster and other kitchen facilities. The host was very informative, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the beautiful Bohinj area.

    beautiful stay at this beautiful property immersed in a breathtaking landscape, a modern apartment, clean with all the necessary comforts, very close to the ski slopes. Very kind owner and very quick to respond to us, the very nice Mrs. Milena welcomed us with so much warmth. We spent Christmas in this place with the family beautiful memories, we will definitely return in the future!!!

    Easy to check in. Host was readily available. Rooms were large and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances (even has a dishwasher, which was an unexpected bonus). The location is excellent.     We stayed in Bled for a couple of days before moving to Lake...

    We stayed in Bled for a couple of days before moving to Lake Bohinj, on reflection, we preferred Lake Bohinj to Bled, it was less busy, quieter, and if we wanted was in each reach of Bled for a visit. If we went back again we would stay in Bohinj as a base and move around from there.

    The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of food and a great variety. The food was really delicious. We truly enjoyed the accommodation, and the hotel owner was lovely, helping us with every question and everything we needed. We got caught in the snow in the mountains, and the hotel owner drove us in his own car – it was so kind and definitely not something to be taken for granted. I highly recommend this place ☺️

    The town of Bohinjska Bistrica didn't impress us but the...

    The town of Bohinjska Bistrica didn't impress us but the Bohinj lake a few kilometers away is the main attraction anyway and it is beautiful. There is a nice cyclepath from Bohinjska Bistrica to the lake with a few steep parts and soon the whole cyclepath from lake Bled to Bohinj will be completed. There are also some other routes around Bohinjska Bistrica but the area might be a bit constricted for serious cyclists. In July and August there is too much traffic for serious road cycling if you don't like a lot of traffic but we were told that from September it is much more quiet.

    I love the Julian Alps for their stunning natural beauty. Everything is nearby, and you can choose from waterfalls, gorges, hiking trails, or enjoy water sports on the lake. If you enjoy outdoor activities in nature, this is a perfect destination for you.

    Good location - just the middle between Bohinj and Bled...

    Good location - just the middle between Bohinj and Bled lakes. Quiet area but in the morning we heard some cars from distant route and also train once per day. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We got free pack of local eggs on arrive. We were living in upper floor. The accommodation had everything we need for nice stay. The beds are a bit hard and noisy. Also I would add nets on the windows because there is no AC and opening window at night time might cause problems with mosquitos. Overall - recommended

    For those who love nature, quietness, hiking, water...

    For those who love nature, quietness, hiking, water activities, nature wonders, local traditions, kind people, nice beaches, swimming, and on top would like to experiment flying like birds (paragliding) ! Do not hesitate, come visit Bohinj. And plan to stay long to enjoy all what it offers.
