The gem, diamond of my whole travel along Slovenia! 10 of 10! Location, inner energy, restaurant - everything is perfect. As out of season I got a free of charge 2-person room instead of 1-person.     My girlfriend and I spent one unforgettable night at Garden Village Bled and absolutely loved it. The glamping tent was spotless and surprisingly comfortable, and the whole property felt beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel effortless from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a pleasant 10-minute walk to Lake Bled—yet it’s quiet and peaceful enough to feel like a nature retreat. Our favorite part was falling asleep under a clear, starry sky and waking up to the sounds of nature right outside the tent. It was a unique, romantic, and relaxing experience that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Garden Village Bled to anyone looking for a cozy, memorable glamping escape near the lake, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

    The staff, especially Rudy, were all wonderful: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and cute. The restaurant had delicious meals, traditional with a modern flair. We loved the hot tub! The breakfast was served in a cute picnic basket and was delicious and plentiful, with a mix of preshly cooked items, bread, yugurt and fruit. We also loved the additional tourist tips that Veronika and Rudy gave us.

    Wonderful destination in Slovenia. The apartment offers excellent views, comfortable beds, and well-equipped living areas. Delicious breakfasts (fresh croissants were the best) and free parking available directly outside the building. The employees were friendly and supportive. Situated near the city and the lake, the location is great. Drive time to Bled is thirty minutes. Our four-night stay was fantastic.

    Lake Bled was wonderful, incredibly beautiful.

    Lake Bled was wonderful, incredibly beautiful. We swam in the lake, paddle boarded on the lake, and caught the boat out to the island. The walk around the lake was picturesque, and lots of lovely places to eat and buy souvenirs in the town. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    Kranjska Gora is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts such as trail runners like us. We visited to run the UTMB Julian Alps in September so the atmosphere was buzzing. Weather was amazing, we definitely got lucky as a storm rolled in the day we left. A few nice restaurants, pubs and cafes, all of which really good value.

    We stayed in Bled for a couple of days before moving to Lake Bohinj, on reflection, we preferred Lake Bohinj to Bled, it was less busy, quieter, and if we wanted was in each reach of Bled for a visit. If we went back again we would stay in Bohinj as a base and move around from there.

    Small town with a lot of historical buildings to see and stories to hear, also the tunnels built in the 2nd world war. There is beautiful nature in (rivers Kokra and Sava) and around it that you can visit. I was there two years in a row in September and each time we had a shorter option of a guided tour. Only the tunnels were the same, other parts of tour were totally different - in a small city!

    Lesce is a local residential village so nothing special is really happening there. It is quite small and very quiet with supermarkets in the vicinities. The best thing about Lesce is it central location to all the major areas around Lake Bled.

WE love our visit to to Ljubljana, Lake Bled and Postojna caves!! Keeping in mind that this particular hotel location is quite far from the tourist attractions but extremely close to the airport.

    The small village of Mojstrana is at the beginning of the climbing area for Triglav, and the place is amazing—calm and beautiful. Houses and backyards are so clean, and the stream in the center of village is so cute. If you like bike tour there is bike road toward Kranjska Gora.

    Skofija Loka is a stunning medieval town surrounded by beautiful hills, forests and farmland. The castle perched above the town hosts the town museum and is well worth a visit. The old town features lots of beautiful buildings and small squares with cafes and shops. We ate out twice, once in a Balkan food specialist called Das ist Walter and once in a restaurant near Stara Loka called Inglic. Both were excellent and good value for money. The cafe bar Homen in the centre was also very good for cakes and coffee with exceptional, friendly staff. We also enjoyed two long hikes in the surrounding hills. One to Osolnik and one to Planica via Crngrob where there is a stunning church with frescos and impressive alter.

    I'm a pubic transport guy, so i arrived with bus from Ljubljana – transport is good, there are buses frequently between the two towns. I went there mostly because of hiking, but there are all kinds of other sporting opportunity, especially water sports like SUP or rowing. I also spent some time with sightseeing: went to the island and also the Vintgard Gorge (do not miss it! Seriously, it's spectacular). Bled is a perfect destination for families, and also for hiking or doing other sports. I will definitely return.
