The hotel is nice and well kept, with comfortable rooms and everything I needed for a relaxing visit. It’s just a short and easy walk from the city centre, which made exploring San Marino very convenient. The staff were amazing — genuinely kind, helpful, and sympathetic, which made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good and a great way to start the day. There’s also a lovely restaurant on site with great food, so you don’t even need to go far for a nice meal. On top of that, the price was really good, which made the stay even better value. As compatriots, we were pleased with the lady from Slovakia who works here - a nice and warm lady. The room was spacious and cozy. It was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect order. We only managed to try the pool from the wellness area, but we enjoyed it in privacy. While swimming, pleasant relaxing music was playing and the colors in the pool changed. Very pleasant relaxation. Guards at Palazzo Publico very rude and not welcoming.
Guards at Palazzo Publico very rude and not welcoming. Felt discriminated iupon. Restaurant staff at In or Out friendly and helpful. Sales ladies at leather bag store very accommodating. Pilipina working for a coffee shop so friendly and accommodating. Taxi driver very pleasant and accommodating San Marino people very friendly. Our only complaint were the guards in green and red at Palazzo Publico. On 2 occasions- first at night of Oct 7 then the following day in the morning. San Marino is absolutely stunning.
San Marino is absolutely stunning. We came in October so you need a jacket in the evening. We were here for the Legends Rally so the place was vibrant and fun. Cheap to eat out, drinks etc. Italians, as always, very polite, helpful and welcoming! Great place to visit. It was only €11 each to visit the stunning castle, the 3 towers and museum. We also got a discount card from our hotel making it only €8 each. Easy to walk around everywhere, shops, castle and Palace all within walking distanceGuest review byMargaretUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Very cute, old Town. The torture museum was very interesting if not disturbing as well. We ate at several good restaurants. Just outside the gate heading towards Hotel Joli is a very good restaurant on the street next to parking. Very nice people and very good food. There is a merchant that sells only pocketbooks just past Hotel Joli who is very nice, helpful.and has very good leather pocketbooks. I would highly recommend him. The kids loved climbing the 3 towers inside the city.and enjoyed the charm of the city as wellGuest review byFox
