It was really close to main town , close to super market, auto laundry machines , reception staff very kind , groom very kind , cleaner was doing her job amazing , security guy always saying hello and smiling to us and food and beverage staff very good too!!!! The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, clean and confortable. There are two pools with great views, good restaurant. The breakfast is really well stocked. The staff was super nice, I had a problem with a taxi and they were very helpfull, specially Nueng (concierge). Thank you very much for the great stay, highly recomended.

Everything! I could have lives here. We only left the hotel when we had to. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff are so friendly, we got a welcome cake! We ate dinner there both nights, which was delicious. The breakfast was amazing with bread and butter pudding

My daughter love the swimming pool and went each day after a long shopping day for a relaxing time. WE got driver BOB at the hotel during our stay. He is so great, nice and helpful. He bring us to many site visit and stay with us if necessary all day. He drive us with a smile and we thank him a lot for that. On our departure, as we left early in the morning, our breakfast pack was ready and that was nice. WE surely recommended the Prince Palace Hotel. Well situated, many shopping with affordable price, Tuk Tuk facilities, many 7 eleven shop nearby, many street food nearby, night shopping and not far from MBK mall shopping center

It is close to so many shopping centers, restaurants and has direct access to the train station via the 2nd floor.     “Bangkok is such an exciting city to explore! The mix of golden temples and modern buildings makes every corner interesting. I loved visiting the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, and the floating markets were a totally new experience. Street food here is amazing—pad thai, mango sticky rice, and so many flavors you can’t miss. Shopping is fun too, from huge malls to little street stalls where you can bargain. Getting around is easy with the BTS Skytrain and boats, though the traffic can get crazy sometimes. The nightlife is also super lively with night markets and rooftop bars. Overall, Bangkok is full of energy, culture, and fun—perfect for both first-time and repeat travelers!”

    I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

    I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

    not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

    I had a great time at this location.

    I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.

    The hotel was extremely hard to find even though I was within 20 metres. The rooms just sit quietly above a dim sum restaurant. Very little signage on the street and no direct direction on booking.com Friendly staff once discovered though. Even my taxi driver couldn't get directions from a shop close by. Needs clarification on web site of location above Dim sum restaurant.

    The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

    Bangkok is a vibrant city teeming with life, great food and some amazing sights. It’s not for people who don’t like crowds and traffic though and there isn’t much greenery. Getting around isn’t easy and takes time as traffic jams are common. Recommended sights are MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) (probably Bangkok’s best gallery) Wat Pho, Wat Arun at sunset and the Khon theatre. Recommended restaurant is Ama DimSum opposite Samyan Mitrtown, delicious Chinese Thai. Don’t be frightened to try cheaper food and street food as it’s often very good.
