The hotel is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is also well-equipped and roomy. The pool in the room has a comfortable temperature and is always clean. All the staff are ALWAYS friendly and show genuine interest. Special mentions go to the bellboys Tom & Jerry, as well as Tenya at breakfast and the bar. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied, offering great local and international dishes. As a fitness enthusiast, you’ll also get your money’s worth in the top-notch modern gym.

Hotel environment is fantastic, Breakfast very nice. Celannes was exelent around the whole Hotel. Beach is nice, there are enough sunbed too. The sea is very warm, but not suitable for snorkeling because of the visibility.

It was outside of the city roughly 15 min with taxi so very quiet place and few people at the beach. The workers there were always very helpful f.exs. had an issue with my ac one they when I told them they immediately ordered a technician and 1 hour after I told them he had already been there and fixed it. the location was amazing, water everywhere you go and the nature is wild and beautiful. the villa and the resort were super clean, the bed is heaven on earth and the shard + the privet pool were perfection. i love when you feel there is a lot of meaning and thought around and behind every element. the staff was incredible, kind and and there when i needed them. the breakfast is vegan and sustainable which is a dream come true - especially when it all tastes so good!!! can't wait to come back already.

    Lovely hotel. Took us many days to figure our way around it though! Everytime you came to a junction you had to debate how to get around as the whole place seems to be surrounded by water. So you want to get to your room and unless you go through the one underpass otherwise you end up swimming to every location with your bag held over your head. Even to get to a pool you would be wading around trying to find an entry point. Also there are no beds that aren't in water. So that always made me nervous when you have your bag next to you and reading a book or kindle that could easily drop in the water. We got use to it after a week but found it a strange concept. The rooms where amazing and big with full sized fridge and the staff were fab. Lots of good restaurants near. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    Great hotel in beautiful location. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The room was great and very clean. The breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit and Thai dishes. The location was a little further away from Khao Lak center than expected but we had the whole beach to ourselves most days. It’s easy to get to the center or Ban Niang market by tuk tuk.

    A beautiful Beach front -full serviced -Resort hotel with full amenities. The Villas were spacious with balcony. Breakfast buffet had Egg and noodle station, with fresh fruit, fruit juices and cold and hot breakfast buffet offerings. Besides the vast beach area the hotel also have a huge swimming pool. restaurant food was tasty and priced reasonably. Excellent service. Overall great value for money

    Brilliant stay - great facilities for a very reasonable price. Great beach front, several swimming pools (one which was empty all the time), great food and really lovely staff. It's a 20 min walk from the night market but really safe area to walk at night or very cheap taxis available

    If you want late nights, loud music and a party life, don’t go to Kho Lak. If you want rest and relaxation, great food and no crowds this is the place. Pick your time of year and the town seems deserted.

    Not as busy as Phuket, less people but lots of restaurants with reasonable prices. Very family orientated, no night clubs & pole dancing girly bars. Khao Lak is what Phuket was 30 years ago but is becoming more popular.
