I had a wonderful stay at the Mar Ozo Hotel. The girls at reception were so nice, kind, and extremely helpful, which made check-in a very pleasant experience. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a really nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was always hot water available. I also appreciated the little details like water in the fridge and being well taken care of while waiting for the room to be ready. Overall, an excellent stay – highly recommended!

Perfect diving resort! Staff was very friendly and kind. Did my open water with them and the instructors were very professionnal. They is a pool where you can practice your diving skills. Even if you don’t dive, everyone is friendly and welcoming. There is a cosy bar on the beach where you can met a people Special thanks to my instructor Gus and to everyone else who was always kind!

Very cute and clean room in the best spot in Koh Tao, right over the sand. On the street with bars and nice restaurant but still quite at night. The stuff was soooooo amazing, kind and sweet. They help you witv everything, washing, booking trips, renting bikes.

Perfect little short stay with excellent wifi, great location and really awesome manager who helped us with taxis etc. a great place to stay and work as there is a communal co-working space. Yoga studio upstairs and cafe downstairs with great smoothies and coffees.

    View from the room is fantastic and stunning location. If you like being close to Nangyuan Island and a bit of snorkeling, both are easily accessible on each side of this amazing place!. Our room is big space, got a beautiful ocean views and beds were the most comfortable. Breakfast was included and was the best meal of the day. The staff at Dusit Buncha were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to access to town by free service taxi from resort. Overall, I love and had a pleasant stay!

    this is my second time here....and man do i love this place....if you are in Koh tao and would want to dive and also need good accommodation, bans is the place to be. their restaurant has food from all over the world and is very well made. The dive masters here are extremely beginner friendly and also have great equipment. the fish bowl bar which is inside the property has an amazing party every single day. So all in all its a great package.

    Great location, on the quieter side of town but still walkable to all the great spots! The staff were so great here, we had issues with checking in very late and they were so helpful with everything and were able to help us with a free taxi transfer back to the pier as well as with hiring a scooter and sorting laundry. Also has a beautiful pool area overlooking the beach. Just wish we’d spent more time here!

    This structure needs few words. Certainly on the high-end. Absolutely exceptional location as the resort has its private beach and exquisite pool with loungers. The food was delicious and as the resistant and bar close at 10:00 the place really shuts down allowing for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. Finally pick up at the port is an amazing service. Very professional and polite staff. Highly recommended

    Really nice hotel, great value … sometimes at this price you don’t really want to be in your room because it’s dingy and dark, not this one - it’s very very pleasant with a mini terrace. 10 mins walk to the busy area - there are 2 very steep hills to get there though, so bare that in mind if you have young kids, elderly or anyone with walking difficulties.

    Quiet. Lovely garden and very nice pool with access to beach. All staff very nice. Good food, Burmese curry was amazing. Menu a little limited but loads restaurants nearby. Good WiFi and great view from pool bar. Room was nice with good ac, bathroom a little rustic but it was fine for us.

    Koh Tao is still one of the few raw escapes in Thailand in...

    Koh Tao is still one of the few raw escapes in Thailand in my opinion, its divers and back packers heaven. However as a father with 2 kids in my forties i absolutely loved it. If you step away from the busy areas and off the beaten track you can find amazing coves and hiden gems still. The tourism all over the world has killed so much of our wildlife and reefs. The locals are definitely trying to do all they can to save it. Brilliant food, amazing views and a fun island.

    We loved Koh Tao.

    We loved Koh Tao. Sairee beach is a great area but you can stay anywhere and still have access as it's such a small island. We took a boat trip out to the island for snorkelling which was fab. Don't book in advance. Go onto the beach and haggle with the locals to take you over as it works out so much cheaper especially if you are a family. Highly recommend breakfast at Mango Garden...go hungry!! All In all a beautiful island and great for families as not too crazy busy!

    I enjoyed Koh Tao.

    I enjoyed Koh Tao. It is bigger with many more shops and restaurants than I expected. It is clean. The swimming and snorkeling were fabulous. Exploring the cafes and restaurants up high in the mountains is well worth while. People are kind and friendly.
